this is absolutely a joke! if I could I would give 0 stars...I bought Brita for a kitchen faucet. Living in Cannes where water is very hard. Exactly after 6 month the filter started to leak from all sides, so I exchanged it. It continue to leak. So I wrote to brita.fr....I was told that it is calcified and I should clean it! So I bout a Brita to fight a calk to fight now calk on Brita...good...no issue, so I asked how? is there any explanation? video tutorial? I am 70 yars old, no idea how should I do it...NO REPLY! So not only the product is a joke but also customer service! DO NOT BUY IT! you are just throwing money out of the window.

Do not trust this company, they do not care about your health, they only care about money.

Requested if gauge could be replaced.Advised it was and one would be despatched. Received within a week with instructions on how to remove the old one.
All free of charge. Excellent service. The original lid did suffer some scratches in the process however.

This type of product is was not available in France before. so when so the only ads saying its already available I immediately order one. Its a great product and works perfect. It has larger capacity and good for big families. It has indicators in top to indicate time to replace filters. Its easy to assemble and clean, also it takes minimal space to get places.
