Speedy delivery
This is how online shopping should be done.

I have ordered off here plenty of times and the staff and service is always top notch. Family run business with anglers that know what they're doing.

Shocking! Who sends liquid in a paper thin Jiffy bag not protection at all other then a bit of poxy tape round the lid. Not only that didn’t receive full order.
By far the worse place I’ve received a delivery from. Now let’s see what there customer service is like. I will be updating in due course

Best price online for a delkim txid and very quick delivery

First time ordering from this store. Bought a pair of rods on sale miles cheaper than anywhere else, less than half price. Delivered day after ordering.

Ordered a fair few times off this site and in store when passing and I’ve had no problems upto the last order I made, I was sent a completely wrong item and they have tried to just brush me off of £159.99, absolutely disgusting in my eyes for how much I’ve spent with them, will never be purchasing again

Ordered a Nash bivvy and the item arrived damaged which was very apparent before it was opened. Advised to open the box to find the bivvy bag was not clipped shut, the packaging to keep the bivvy free from damage was missing, clearly someone had opened the bivvy previously.
The box had security tape over the damaged area which gave the impression the staff at the shop had placed the tape over the damaged area before sending it.
Prior to sending the item back I made contact with staff at the shop and asked to reserve a replacement to be told this was not required as they had plenty of stock of the bivvy I ordered to later be told this was not the case and as such they could only offer a refund.
I repaired the damage to the box and once the bivvy was in transit I sent a photo of the receipt as proof of postage and asked for my refund to be quoted the shops policy saying the refund would only be issued when they were in receipt of the bivvy. I objected to this to be told the refund would be issued as soon as the bivvy was received. This didnt happen until the following day.
Absolutely shocking after sales service

Every member of staff in there are very experienced anglers and will always point you in the right direction.

Bought a sonik extractor net from Bristol Angling, great communication fantastic price and good delivery. I would certainly recommend this store.

I had occasion to contact them about a damaged bottle of bait liquid sent through the post and their response very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Also free postage on all items is brilliant
