Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!
I bought this toothbrush 2 years ago thought highly of it since a holistic dentist I follow recommended it (turned out they are friends) It took forever to have it sent to me (they ship from Korea. It broke within 2 months!
They wanted to send me screw to fix it myself. Got the screws which I needed to pay for in the end due to customs. The screws didn't help so they were to send me a new toothbrush. They did and sent it to the wrong address, not even the right country!
They then said they were to send me a knew one, had to keep remind them, took James a year!!!! to have it sent to me.
My second toothbrush worked for maximum 2 weeks and the battery disnt even last for a full 2 minutes.
Swnt them videos (that they asked for) and they said to send a 3rd brush (not that I asked for it, since the first one broke I wanted to use my warranty). They asked me to be gentle with teh toothbrush. I am using it correctly!!!!
It's now been about 6 months and I send them a note from time to time and James Cha has stopped responding.

Cheap and nasty

Cheap and nasty! No proper charging base, looks like a cheap bit of tat, doesn't hold charge, charging light so faint you can barely see it, bristles fall out of the brush head....absolute waste of £120. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, very expensive toothbrush that doesn't hold charge. Have reached out to their website, email and Instagram to no avail wanting to return. Do not waste your money on this product.
When they finally replied they have advised they do not offer refunds. Avoid at all costs

Ridiculous customer service

Awful customer service and flynn couldn’t care less about helping you out. I am stuck with a toothbrush that i can’t get replacement heads for, i wouldn't waste your time or stress!
Its took me weeks to buy the replacement heads waiting for them to come in stock, then over a week of messing about on emails to tell them my replacement heads weren’t sealed in the bag and were open and unhygienic, to be told to keep trying codes to get a new pair. They didn’t work and now they have upped the price to receive free delivery and i am expected too after all this stress pay for delivery when i didn’t originally or order multiple just to get free delivery. What a shambles!

Edit: Flynn has offered me an apology and refund months later after letting private dentists know who stock there products. Glad i got my refund but I shouldn’t have had to go out of my way and complain to multiple people and multiple times for basic decency and product issues… i am yet to see the offer of a replacement updated toothbrush with red light therapy. James who is on the warranty cards is even more shocking… his level of unprofessionalism is outstanding. He will not mind sending multiple emails without addressing you, telling you he doesn’t believe you, telling you to not bother tagging him in emails, telling you the fact the toothbrush needs dismantling after every use so it doesn’t go mouldy and what you are looking at is just plastic…Wow!
