Replacing a Triton Shower Bar
Bought this product to replace Triton bar that I had for some years. Do not assume that if pipe centres match the previous bar It will fit as checking the length is just as important. Thankfully this bar was a similar size to my old one so it avoided hitting my shower door when closing. It was simple for our heating engineer to replace as no alterations were required. It has a great flow (used my old shower head as it has different spray patterns) and temperature adjustment is easy to adjust.

Good service under guarantee
I contacted Bristan about a minor problem with my bath tap, installed a few years ago, which needed to be turned off quite firmly to avoid it dripping. They asked for a copy of the receipt plus a photo of the tap and then sent a replacement part under guarantee. Brilliant service.

New kitchen tap no grub screws covers…
New kitchen tap no grub screws covers provided two of the grub screw holes are just above the sink water and grime can easily access area.
Customer service was of no help wanted evidence of purchase which isn't an issued to send out a full flow control handle for the grub screw cover. I actually need four so not an economical at all . I actually offer to buy 4 grub screw covers of them but nothing. Bristan was recommended to me but I wished I had never bought the tap as its ugly and not practical with ths holes on show.
