Really helpful technical support that was much appreciated. The lady knows the products and gave clear advice on how to fix an issue with what is now a relatively old tap. She went the extra mile to check that a part is still available had her suggestion not worked. I last sought advice from Bristan in 2009 and the experience then was similar. I contacted the customer services who were very helpful. The taps we had were becoming pitted and the chrome finish was therefore damaged. I submitted photographs of the pitting . New taps arrived within the week. Excellent service 10/10
