Worst customer service in the industry! Complete shit! STICK WITH PROPERCLOTH AND SUITSUPPLY!

I ordered 2 shirts which then took quite some more time than expected to arrive. The shirts had obvious defects and very sloppy tailoring and fringed button holes, old labels as they would have been produced some time back. Even so I did not order made to measure, I would have expected the shirts too somehow fit as when I usually buy, but they were extremely large. Also the fabric seems to not feel like high quality.
Brisk gave the option to redo without having to send back the first delivery or discount for next purchase, so I took the former. Unfortunately, I again had to pay around $20 taxes on delivery. The shirts were newly made and fitted as I provided measurements now. The fit now is ok, but again some seams were not properly done, and also the collar stays were manually shortened with rough edges again. I think after the first washes a tailor will need to fix some again. For the pricing all in all you could get also high quality shirts from classic brands whereby you save a lot of trouble.

I customized this shirt based on slightly adjusted measurements from one of my other shirts – and the fit, fabric, and details are excellent!

I ordered a pin collar shirt, and the shirt itself was excellent. The customer service was, in principle, very good. The shirt I ordered was listed as coming with a gold collar pin. I contacted customer service to ask whether it would be possible to substitute the gold pin with a silver one, and they confirmed that they would arrange this.
However, when I received the shirt, I was disappointed to find that it had still been sent with a gold collar pin instead of the silver one I had requested.

I ordered a dress shirt from Brisk in early autumn, 2025. When it arrived, it was quite different from what I recall ordering. Their website ordering process is different from most others I use. When I reached out to Brisk, they noted that order I executed was for a custom-mode dress shirt. I know that any custom order, from almost any vendor in the clothing world, are not returnable.

This is where Brisk's exemplary customer service took over. Even though it was not their fault, Brisk offered me a good discount on the received shirt plus a good discount of the shirt I intended to buy. Better still, they basically held my hand as I navigated their ordering process to ensure I got the details the way I wanted. They absolutely went above and beyond what I had expected during this process. Indeed, Brisk even reached out to me to confirm some sizing information when I ordered some additional shirts as they were slightly different from how I ordered the remade shirt. As I had lost additional weight, the change was accurate. Nevertheless, before executing the order they took the time to make sure no mistake occurred.

I was looking to refresh my wardrobe after losing a bit of weight and decided to take a chance on some beautiful looking shirts from Brisk. Saw there was an offer for 4 shirts so bought a couple of white shirts along with black and olive green shirts. On arrival I was impressed by the packaging and the quality feel of the shirts. Once I had got them on, I could feel that these were no ordinary shirts and they felt like a much higher standard than the usual places I would have shopped. I have since ordered 3 more items slightly adjusting the sizes for different uses. Impressed to get an email from Brisk checking that I had ordered the correct sizes based upon my previous purchase. I confirmed I had wanted a smaller size for a couple of shirts but took their recommendation to have a smaller size for a polo shirt I wanted as they felt it would fit better than the large I had ordered. A great service and quality items I cannot recommend highly enough - please try them and you will not be disappointed. Thank you

Excellent quality shirtings and workmanship, and especially at this price. I took a gamble on Brisk’s FitSure sizing but it was spot-on. My only criticism is that, after placing my order and receiving an acknowledgement, it seemed to go into a ‘black hole’ without any ability to track progress in fabrication, shipping, etc. I was just starting to get antsy today…when the DHL courier magically appeared unannounced with my order. Total fulfillment time was about two weeks from placing the order, which is actually very quick to receive a custom order of this caliber.

My experience with Brisk has been positive at every step of the process crafting my shirts. (1) The "FitSure" method for sizing gave me confidence that there would be no surprises in the fit. It was easy to place the order. (2) Before production began, Brisk confirmed one measurement about which their expert had some question. The communication was efficient, and they proceeded to production with the measurements I had provided. (3) There were weekly updates informing me of progress. (4) The shirts were delivered by Fedex within 2 days of shipping notification. (5) Both shirts appear well-made and of quality fabric. I look forward to wearing them. I would not hesitate to order from Brisk in the future.

I found Brisk on Facebook and started looking into them because I’ve always wanted tailored shirts. I wear dress-style shirts all the time for church and other occasions, so I decided to order one of their regular shirts first—and it fit very well. That gave me the confidence to go ahead and order two of their custom-tailored shirts. I was a little nervous about how they would turn out, but I just got them in and they’re amazing! They fit perfectly. I love these shirts and will definitely be using Brisk for all my dress shirt needs.

Ordered 11 shirts but didn’t realize they’re were actually custom made, dah…
when I emailed them to ask were my tracking number was they referred be to their process but sent me a sample of one of the shirts that had been completed. It got it within 4 days, all I can say is wow, the Egyptian cotton was so soft and the quality was next level. I love the extreme spread Coler two tone style and The shirt fit perfect and I looked like a million bucks. Got lots of compliments, very happy with my order and I can’t wait for the rest of my shirts.

I ordered a shirt as the website recommends. The order took excessively long and the fit was 2 inches to short?! To top it off, customer service said the only way to get the order corrected is to BUY ANOTHER SHIRT?!?!?!? CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?!?!

Ordered several shirts, each slightly different. When I received the shirts the fit was perfect. The prices were very reasonable.

No one matches Brisk's options for customizing a shirt. I wanted a tab collar dress shirt with French cuffs to wear with a navy blazer to an upcoming special occasion and no other vendor offered the possibility. With Brisk the possibilities are infinite with their array of customizing options. I thoroughly completed all the questions relating to size when placing my order and the result is a beautiful shirt that looks smart, is crisply tailored, and fits absolutely perfectly. My order shipped within two weeks and arrived with remarkable speed. I could not be happier with this purchase and I enthusiastically commend Brisk without reservation.

I purchased “wrinkle resistant” shirts a couple years ago. Loved them. They come out of the dryer perfectly.
I ordered “wrinkle resistant” shirts recently, and they are completely different. Out of the dryer, they look like they’ve been slept in, and need a lot of ironing with starch, or they need to go to the cleaners. I sent in emails with pictures, and the company response was what wrinkle resistant means (it shouldn’t require a lot of ironing). I responded with questions on how to get the fabric that was used for the my previous shirts which I love, and their response was a link to their website for where the wrinkle resistant shirts are (the ones I’ve ordered).
You can’t return custom shirts except for fit issues. They do have wrinkle-free shirts, but that material feels like a shower curtain. So unless you like spending a lot of time ironing, don’t order the “wrinkle resistant” ones.
