Excellent Customer Service
I ordered from BRI for the first time with a buy one get one promotion on their web site. When I tried to use the promotion code, it was expired even though the stated time was not up. I contacted BRI customer service and they fixed it so I got the sale price. Excellent customer service. I had bought the BRI product from Amazon in the past, so I am familiar with the excellent quality of the product.I strongly recommend BRI.

Ordered two items
Ordered two items, waited.
Waited, had to contact them. 1 item out of stock, so hadn't sent other item. Asked for 1 item to be sent....it came from Amazon, not BRI.
Waited again for 2nd item....finally asked for order to be cancelled.
Refund was issued, but really wanted to try the 2nd product. Guess I should have ordered from Amazon to begin with.
