They double charged my bank acct due to an error on their end and are not making it right. My bank refunded the money and they sent this documentation to support their lies just to steal food off of my plate cause they are thieves. I highly recommend nobody use this company. They will weasel their way out of any blame and just pawn it off on the hotel.

Took two Pomeranians to Dubai, all organised by Relocate Your Pet, who were amazing, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They made everything appear to be easy. The Poms were going to be reunited with their mum - my daughter - and have now settled in well.

Greatly appreciated BringFido’s help in finding a hotel that would accept our dog, Loki. I’d spent some fruitless hours checking for a place. Some other booking sites would claim a hotel allowed dogs but when I’d call the hotel- that wouldn’t be the case. I was almost ready to give up but bringfido saved the day

Finding a suitable hotel and making a reservation was easy. Some of the hotel reviews were negative, but we had a good experience.

I use bringfido for travel with my dogs. Works perfectly. Has many listings guaranteed to accept dogs, same process as elsewhere online (Expedia, etc)

Amazing!!

I get super nervous taking my dog places and leaving her anywhere. BringFido put me at ease by assuring I was staying at a pet friendly hotel that not only welcomed dogs, but loved dogs!
My room was exactly what I asked for and I was so at ease I could actually enjoy my vacation, even while being away from Cookie for a few hrs.

Bring Fido customer service was great ( 5 star ) The hotel , Foothills in Rapid City , SD was terrible (1 Star at best ) very pet unfriendly , plus hidden charges ! Bring FIdo should drop them , that’s the reason for 3 Stars .

Very easy to get a pet room through Bring Fido.

Bring Fido is the first place we go to book a hotel when we are traveling with our dogs. We've never been disappointed with the service and the Pet insurance gives us peace of mind in case our high energy dog decides to chew something while we're gone. So far, we haven't had any issues, but it's nice to know we're covered in case something happens.

Search engine really helps narrow down options and is easy to use. Traveling with pets can be a challenge, but BringFido makes it a lot easier! We found an amazing place to stay while traveling with BringFido.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. THEY USE PEOPLE'S LOVE OF THEIR PETS TO SCAM THEM OUT OF MONEY. They do not vet the hotels. I booked through them and when I arrived at the hotel and checked into my room, there was mold, bugs around the bed ruffle, looked like someone attempted to clean vomit off the walls--you get the picture. I immediately checked out. Staff refused to refund, manager won't take my calls. BringFido says they cannot refund because there was a no cancelation policy, which I get, but not when the product is not as described; services were not rendered and conditions were unacceptable. Come to find out, they have an average Better Business Bureau rating of 1, and there are many similar complaints. They are also affiliated with Expedia, but Expedia refused to acknowledge this. However, BringFido confirmed they are affiliates. I will never use either of these services again. I am also filing a consumer complaint with the Nebraska Attorney General, regarding both the Ramada by Wyndham in North Platte, NE, but also against BringFido. There is recourse for these kinds of unethical businesses, but in the meantime, do not use their services. Reviews of the company reveal the same issues I have listed here in their handling of business.

As we travel by car with our dogs we’ve grown to value and trust BringFido for all our dog travels. Excellent customer service and it’s great to book a stay and have an advocate for you and your pups. We have booked with them for years.

The reservation was quick and exactly what was shown. Will use again for stays with my dog.

you think you can trust what you read, but its all lies, I booked a room from the bringfido website, no pet fee, lies, I got an email and the host wants to charge 25 per night, your web site sucks, I had to wait 10 days to get my freaking Refund you losers, YOU SUCK!@!!

i have two Great Pyrenees, Maxwell and Hiver, and many hotels wouldn't take us due to their size. this hotel welcomed us with open arms. i found their staff to be incredibly kind and caring. the hotel is very clean and comfortable with nice up-to-date amenities. an example of everything i look for in a hotel. but the staff is what makes this place shine, and because of them i would stay here again without hesitation. thank you tabitha, amanda and roja for the refreshing stay, you are very much appreciated!
