it was horrible. the box that it came in was horrible & the main box with the straightener looked like it had already been used and there dust on my straightener!

i love my flat iron from Brilliance New York

i love my flat iron from Brilliance New York. it is the fourth one that i have bought. why so many? because i bought myself one, my daughter one, then i bought her a second one, and i lost my first one (sniff) and bought a replacement one. great products. thank you BNY!

Unprofessional

First time ordering from this place, they got lazy and used billing address as my shipping address, and when I noticed on their email, I messaged them and they’re telling me to contact DHL.. I work in this industry.. it’s not the customers responsibility to make sure I get my package.. it’s the companies… lazy shippers not double checking or paying attention to detail…

Great iron, excellent customer service!

I love my new flat iron, but perhaps I love this company’s customer service even more. I had a delivery problem and the rep handled it effectively and immediately and I am very happy with the outcome. I’ve only used the iron once but already have great results. Thank you for a great product and great customer support !

Communication

I haven’t heard anything about my delivery! The email won’t work for me to email or call, I paid for express delivery and haven’t gotten anything or heard anything but y’all were quick to take my money..

You also have route insurance on your package so you can contact route.com with your order number and file a claim. we will ship a ne package after you have contacted the carrier and route rest assured you will get your product!

I love your products, I am obsessed.

I love your products, I am obsessed. The first time I bought a hair straightener BNY it was by coincidence. I live in Ecuador and I traveled to the United States and I was looking for a hair straightener for my sister, so I bought one, after using it I went to buy one for myself.
This is the 4 time I have bought your products because they are of excellent quality. I recommend it to everyone

It has been almost two months since I…

It has been almost two months since I ordered and paid for product which has not arrived yet, nor was I given a tracking number.
Very bad customer service!!
And they starting asking (a month+ ago) for a review on how well I like the product!!!!!??

I would like to add that I have purchased (elsewhere) and used this product before. It's amazing and well worth the money. Just hope it gets to me.
It would be nice to have a tracking number.

Life time warranty is a joke

Life time warranty is a joke. This is the 3rd return. No response to emails for a year. And I still had to pay for the return.

Haven’t received what I ordered! Lost?!

I ordered hair serum products over two weeks ago & haven’t received them yet. Mean, I’m getting requests to rate the product as well as customer service. When I reach out to their Tracking company, they continue to request further information!?!! Where is my product? Or if your having problems supplying, please issue refund.

2nd flat iron in 10 years highly recommend this purchase

I purchased my very 1st flat iron back in 2011 at a mall in CT from your associates who are in the center of the mall doing a great job of representing this product. Well 10 years later and I needed a new flat iron and with that lifetime warranty all I had to do was snap a photo and submit and 3 days later I now have my new flat iron. I highly recommend this product. Its the 1.25 inch flat iron and my long hair still loves your product and has not worn out or got burned 10 years later. Thank you Brilliance New York for your service and great quality on this product !!
