They have the absolute best swimsuits they go above and beyond making each print available in different fittings and styles for different body types. I was extremely satisfied with my order and how adorable the bathing suits were. I can’t wait to wear them on vacation. I was exchanging two bathing suits for a different fit, and they went above and beyond to help me through the exchange and we’re so kind through the process. this is a business that you should be shopping with this summer.

I had quick responses and the person helping me was lovely. I feel like the answers to my questions were genuinely helpful while they provided more information about their other products which made it easier to keep shopping keeping that information in mind. I really appreciate the fact they are trying to reduce their carbon footprint by letting me keep my original purchase and gift it to a friend. Their clear information about the new invoice was nice because it kept it stress free. My new items were sent very fast and it was all handled very well. I was so impressed by this process and will absolutely be shopping here again!

10/10. The top and bottom arrived without any issues, everything was in perfect condition and delivered on time. It’s true that the sizing runs a bit small, so I would recommend sizing up, but the customer service was fast, very efficient, and extremely friendly throughout the whole process. It was a great shopping experience overall.

I ordered a swimsuit well over in a month advance for my vacation and when I received the package it was missing the top. It was incredibly difficult to get in contact with customer service and took almost a week and i finally got an answer when i reached out on instagram. I asked for it to be expressed shipped to me to make it on time for my trip but was told you couldnt do that and so i didnt end up getting it for my trip in time. I spent my hard earned money on this, super disappointing the customer service was not better especially as this was not my fault and i had to continuously go out of my way to get help

This is my second time buying from bright swim. I absolutely loved my first pieces so of course I went to check out their newest bright colors. I ordered two different sets in styles I already had from them. After recieving them, I really regretted not trying some of their other incredible styles. I sent an email to start and exchange and Anna was extremely quick to help. I got 3 pieces exchanged almost immediately but even better, they gifted me the pieces I was going to exchange to decrease their carbon footprint. I’m absolutely thrilled because now I can gift these extra pieces to my sister so I know will appreciate the bright colors and quality. I will be back for the phenomenal customer service and amazing bathing suit quality.

DO NOT BUY ! I bought two bikinis and my experience has been horrible from start to finish. I was ordering from Canada, thinking the package would come from the USA as they have a warehouse there. But it came from Sweden so I had to pay custom fees, I emailed them twice to know if I could just refuse the fees, send them back and get my money back. I didn’t get an answer until I received an email to give them a review which I did. They finally replied when they saw my bad review and told me that I would get a store credit according to the policy. So I paid the fees, got the bikinis and it is unbelievable! What was supposed to be an XL looks and fits like a Small size, and the quality is the same as SHEIN. I spent $200 for two bikinis that won’t ever fit me and there’s no return or exchange possible. It must be a scam! What a waste of money and time.
