I had a wonderful experience with the customer service for Bright Swimwear. I reached out to request an exchange for a different size for a bikini top I ordered. I was connected with Anna Johansson and she kindly informed me that the new size I was requesting was out of stock. She let me know what my options were, one of which being to pick a different style top. I took some time and picked out a new one from the same collection. Because of my previous sizing issues, I asked Anna what she recommended size-wise to me in this new style. She clearly closely listened to every factor I included about my usual sizing and what was not right about the original size I ordered and suggested a size for me based on everything I told her! She then also let me know that I could keep both pieces and that I did not have to send the original back. She not only assisted with pushing the order through, but she helped me figure out what would work best for me. She was respectful, so kind, so pleasant, and really made my Bright Swimwear experience great. Super impressed!

Absolutely amazing. I wanted to exchange and all I had to do was email once. So nice, ordered my new product for me, and told me not to bother returning the other product. Answered within 1 business day. Great customer service and great product overall.

Customer service is excellent, when my product was delivered to a different address, I raised a complaint and they immediately made arrangements and resolved the issue without any hassle and made me comfortable. I truly trust this brand, their team. Talking about the product, it finally arrived on time today it is the best product ever with great prints, I ordered a small size and it fits me perfectly. I can't wait to wear it for my vacation, will definitely order again from the amazing brand Bright Swimwear.

I ordered several swimsuits from Bright Swimwear, including the Melody Top and Bottom in Barbados, the Melody Top and Bottom in Flashdance Neon, and the Eclipse Capri Top with the matching Capri Bottom. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely order from them again.

For reference, I’m 120 pounds and wear a 34D. The Melody Tops ran much smaller than I expected. I originally ordered a Medium, and it was too small. I reached out to customer service, and they were very helpful in recommending a better size. I exchanged it for an Extra Large, and the fit was perfect. The matching Melody Bottoms in a Small were true to size.

I also purchased the Eclipse Capri Top in a Medium and the matching Capri Bottoms in a Small. Both fit true to size. I was initially concerned because the Capri Top doesn’t have a fully adjustable back strap, but it fit much better than I expected. The hook closure has three adjustment settings, which helps fine-tune the fit. The only issue I noticed is that the back band rides up slightly on me because I’m fuller busted, but it’s not enough to affect comfort or keep me from wearing it.

The swimsuits are very flattering once you find the right size. The material is thinner than some swimwear brands, but it isn’t see-through and feels comfortable to wear. The colors are vibrant and look great in person. One thing to note is that the tops do not include padding, so if you prefer additional coverage, you may want to wear adhesive covers.

I did receive one Melody Top with a damaged stitch. I contacted customer service, and while responses occasionally took a little time, they always responded within a reasonable timeframe and were professional and helpful throughout the process. They assisted with both the exchange and replacement and made everything easy to resolve. Shipping was also fast.

What stood out most to me was the customer service. They helped me determine the correct size for the Melody Top, addressed the damaged item, and made sure my concerns were taken care of. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and works with customers to make things right.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchases, and the combination of flattering swimsuits, fast shipping, and excellent customer service would make me comfortable ordering from Bright Swimwear again.

Trash. I have sent so many emails trying to send my order back because it RUNS SMALL, and have gotten zero response. Can't even get a refund let alone exchange. Trash. Don't order

Very fast response, clear and very helpful

Honestly this is the best customer service I have ever had from any company… it was COMPLETELY my fault ordering the wrong bikini bottom and they are fully sending me the bottoms I wanted and are giving me the ones I accidentally ordered for free. Not to mention, they did the whole ordering process for me, I didn’t have to lift a finger exchanging the product!! I absolutely love bright swimwear, I got a swimsuit last year from them and I have to force myself not to wear it every single day becasue I love it so Much!

Anna was very responsive and extremely helpful with my return/exchange. Bright Swimwear is focused on reducing their carbon footprint which means a lot in my eyes.

I order a small size in a bikini set, it was a beautiful suit but just a tad too small. i emailed about an exchange and they replied within 24 hours offering to send me a medium and let me keep the old one as well. i wish all exchange processes were this easy. thank you bright swimwear!!

I ordered 2 small bikinis from Bright Swimwear for the first time about a week ago and received my order yesterday. Everything came exactly as ordered! After trying them on I realized I was gonna need medium sized tops instead of small so I messaged them and they got back to me within 24 hours and straightened everything out easily and quickly. Their customer service is great! Products are also exactly as advertised.

I ordered three different swimsuits and I was very impressed with the quality of the material. They fit perfectly, except for one that I accidentally ordered in the wrong size.

I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange, and they responded very quickly and were extremely helpful. To my surprise, they even let me keep the swimsuit in the wrong size as a gift.
I’m now looking forward to receiving the correct size and wearing it.
