Written by the company

Established for 140 years Brights Solicitors is a successful and respected law firm with offices in Maldon, Witham, Tiptree & Danbury. Although rooted firmly in Essex, our clients can be found from the South coast to the Scottish borders. We offer a range of services for business, agriculture, and the private client. A key strength of the practice is the holistic cross discipline approach we take to handling clients' affairs. All our lawyers whilst specialists in their field, have a wide ranging knowledge, and experience, of other areas of law. This enables us to provide practical, legal and commercial advice on issues clients are faced with. We embrace modern technology and are happy to deliver our services in whatever format best suits the client. We are also aware that in today's world, clients are seeking above all, value for money and a quality service each and every time they instruct us. To this end we have embraced and are comfortable in working within quality systems that are independently monitored. We are one of a very few firms to have been awarded the Law Society's Lexcel accreditation. We are also accredited Investors in People and are accredited suppliers of publicly funded legal services. We are members of the UK 200 Group, the foremost mutual association of quality assured independent accountants and lawyers serving the SME business sector with over 110 member firms in over 55 locations in 30 countries.

Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney

In terms of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney we were provided an excellent service by our solicitor Megan. We were taken through a step by step process and all of our questions were answered. Reassurances were given where necessary and the whole approach was both professional and empathetic.
