I like coming to this dentist office I feel very welcomed and very well taken care of

The most comfortable and professional office I've ever been to by far!

The orthodontist and the receptionist we're both very nice on my first visit.
However the facility really needs to be updated. Everything feels old, outdated and maybe even a little unclean.

I had a front filling that fell out over the weekend and called the office and they got me in same day I called. The staff was very pleasant and professional. They took care of my tooth same day and it was a very easy and painless appointment. I love the way my front tooth looks now. I am a very satisfied patient. Thanks everyone.

My first visit to Bright Now is very promising! So far, so good!

It was just a regular meeting, I asked for a cleaning. However, the doctor considered that I can't get a cleaning since I need a 1000 things before that.. I felt like they were looking for extra reasons on what to fix in my mouth.. the personnel assisting the doctor wasn't very polite, nor very gentle when doing the x-rays. For myself, this isn't a good dentistry. I will keep looking.

Dr. Balch once again did a wonderful job.

The office ambience, is excellent, the staff, are courteous, my, daughter's, experience was superb, she would recommend to all her friends and families. THANK YOU.

I have been going to Bright Now Dental for years and receive great service each time! From Colleen who cleans my teeth, Dr Bausch , my dentist, and all the ladies in the reception office are great at what they do!!

I had an appointment at 2:30 so I showed up 10 minutes early. I didn't get called in till 3:30. I then waited another 10 minutes in the chair. I heard two women talking behind me contemplating whether they should tell me to come back another day. I then turned around and when they noticed me they told me they'd check my teeth. After doing so, one of the women told me I was good to go. I had to remind her that I was due a cleaning. She then checked my chart and agreed I could have a polish. Overall, after waiting an hour to be seen they were going to reschedule me and they weren't even going to clean my teeth if I didn't say anything.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have had many bad dental experiences which cause me to be nervous going to the dentist. But not with Bright Now. The staff is very friendly and great at what they do. They had to cut away some of my tooth and put on a cap and I had no pain at all from start to finish. And they are very affordable as well!

Definitely love going there! Everyone makes me feel welcomed and they always inform me what's going on and what their doing. (:
