Brought green rope light. As described and delivered on time. Would happy buy from these guys again

LED strings as described, slight issue with sizing on delivery, but immediately and satisfactorily resolved.

Placed an order for a set of 12 rechargeable tealights and goods arrived very quickly and well packed. One light was faulty (no fault of this company but a manufacturer issue) but just an email to the company and everything was sorted quickly by Shaun. A replacement was despatched the same day and again, it arrived quickly. I cannot fault the customer service and would definitely use this company again

My existing 100m rope light controller gave up the ghost and these guys really really helped me out with a brand new fully functioning replacement control module. It just doesn’t get any better. Superb and super friendly service.

I love the colour changing lights strings that I've bought from Bright Lightz. Every bulb goes through a sequence of colour changes independently from the other bulbs so the whole string of lights is constantly changing. What's even better is that you can daisy chain link the strings so only need the first set plugged in if you want to link them all. I have 5 sets all linked together going round my patio. Looks fantastic 👌

Trustworthy looking website but also the best price I found for the product.
Lots of detail on website helped me choose which product was best for what I needed. It was particularly easy to see difference between LED strip lights and LED rope lights and gave me a lot of trust in both products but confidence that the rope light was enough for my purpose.

Ordered decking lights. Arrived OK but they weren't suitable. We arranged to return them the same day. Sent them as requested in original packaging, a thin plastic wrapper, with clear explanation and request for a refund. Over ten days has passed since the tracking confirmed they had received the return. No contact from this company at all, not confirmation of receipt and no refund! Sent email - no reply. Tried to phone - just an unhelpful recorded message saying you cannot leave a message!
Another company unscrupulously using Covid as an opportunity to treat paying customers with contempt.
Look elsewhere for your lighting, we will from now on.

I'd looked all over for a certain product, couldnt find it anywhere, stumbled across brightlights and found exactly what I needed very quickly, great website, and accurate descriptions and sizes all explained, fast delivery and honestly the lights are the brightest I've ever seen, fantastic quality , will only use brightlights in the future

I have purchased GU10 LED bulb before and was aware of the different ratings, beam angle, and colour of light. While most sites display this information somewhere, Brightlitz allows selection base on these categories making ordering a simple process of choosing from a small set of suitable candidates, all at a good price.
