Superb experience from the outset. Steve and his team installed a new dryer this afternoon. The care to our property was 10% and the service from beginning to end was exceptional. We certainly will be coming back in the future.

I bought a washing machine and a fridge freezer from Bright Ideas recently and was really impressed with their sevice. Great communication, personal attention, and they really took the time to make sure that the finished installation was perfect despite the challenges of an old kitchen.

A replacement oven was required for a rental property, I was hoping to source locally. A quick google search revealed Bright Ideas....what a find!
Josh and Alex dealt with my query quickly and effectively, sourced the a suitable replacement and liased with both myself and the tenant throughout.
It shouldn't be unusual to experience such excellent service but unfortunately it is. I'm so impressed and delighted to have found them. Don't overlook them on price either, they can often match the multinationals! Local company with excellent service, highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

We have just had a new dishwasher installed and were extremely impressed with both the price and the fitting. Alex the engineer is a very pleasant young man, polite and presentable and was very efficient and tidy.
