So easy to create custom dashboards and reports!
I find that the interface is super easy and intuitive to nagivate. I've used BrightGauge for over 5 years and helped a lot of MSPs build custom reports and dashboards. I find that their support team is extremely helpful, even helping me to build a custom gauge if there is something I can't figure out.

I love BrightGauge! Great product. Easy to use. Allows you to create great dashboards and automated reporting for clients. Even underused features like Goals can be really powerful, helping to monitor and drive team performance. Great support too.
