Customer Complaints Masterclass - 5* Course
I've just completed the Customer Complaints Masterclass course and feel that I really am going to LOVE my customer complaints, wait, feedback now. The things that Karl teaches in the course are so relevant and can be put into practice by all manner of roles. I work as a Customer Success Manager and although I am not directly handling calls, the tools I've learnt will make me an exceptional CSM. I loved his tone, his storytelling and of course, his wisdom. The course platform is one of the best I've used, so easy to navigate from one module to another and go back on yourself. I feel empowered and I am so happy I took the time to complete this. I would highly recommend anyone in Customer Service or Success to take this course.
