However, I must say Dennis and his company have been unbelievable since the day we met. Our industry is all about hospitality and this means that the cleaning contract isn't just a cleaning contract, it too crosses over into hospitality. This means the team Dennis put in place, have to not only ensure the accommodation was clean, but dressed and presented to the highest standard. This can include very small but crucial details that put most cleaning firms off.
