If I could give 0 stars I would...This company is fraudulent and sent a product that is not what was advertised and will not refund me.

i order a retractable straps.but i got regular tie downs straps. False advertising by description.

This company is a scam, pure bait and switch. Like all the other reviewers I ordered the retractable ratchet straps for $54 and received two plain ratchet straps with no hooks worth $12. I was given the same bull crap response from the Bright Buy Support team that they can't be returned and they offered a 15% refund, then a 25% refund after a lot of go around. This company needs to be reported.

I fell for fake ads of retractable ratchet straps that were NOT retractable, overpriced, and very cheaply made.

A junk company. I ordered ratchet straps prior to the holidays. The product just arrived and it was not what I ordered. I emailed the company immediately and their reply was that product is no longer available. We'd like to offer you a 15% return and I could do what I want with the straps. Why would I want junkie straps. Do not use this company ever.

Complete scam. Bought a model V8 engine online for ~$80. Was pictured with many parts requiring assembly. What arrived was a very cheap moulded piece of plastic. Worth maybe $2. Criminal conduct. So deceptive. They say they will only give a refund if I send back at my own expense. Pretty sure if I send it back though, I'll never get the refund.

AVOID! SCAM! If I could give a negative review I would. I bought these for a xmas gift... took a couple months to get them. Just arrived today. I ordered self-retracting rachet straps. What I received is cheap regular hand rachet straps. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!

This company is a total scam! They invoice you through spurious 3rd party companies, dont contact you until you raise a case with PayPal, send you fake tracking info then dont deliver! All the reviews on the primetrackcart.com webpage are fake and the product info is total B.S.
Thankfully PayPal do check out these cases thoroughly and fortunately for myself, my money was returned.

You sent me a product that was nothing like the add, tie down straps, they are supposed to be large and self retracting. I got 4 little straps without even hooks on them I paid 98 dollars and could buy what i got at Menards for less than 15 dollars, going to try to send them back and get a refund but Im guessing that wont happen, i am so stinking mad about this I could spit... jus sayin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spent $94 and ordered retractable ratchet straps on 12/15/25 and on 1/14/26 I got cheap quality regular ratchet straps. I see multiple other similar complaints. I wish I had looked here first. What a scam. Beware!

I ordered high quality ratchet straps and got the cheapest straps. they don't even have a hook on them. I ordered in November and just got them today January 14 2026. This is a scam! Now I can't find the place so I can send them back

I also purchased the retractable racket straps and received straps and racket mechanism. They stated American made, they are not. Also please note the payment was made to Bombay Clothing Outlet LLC. So please be cautious of them. They offered 30% refund which is $16 of the $54 spent, or send back to Asia at my cost.

Received a different product then what I ordered. Email the company and was told the original item was discontinued. I had two options pay to send it back to the warehouse in Asia or get a 15% refund. Total waist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Nothing but bait and switch scammers

Purchased the panda, based on the video showing that the stuffed toy would “hug you back.” Was purchased based on what turned out to be a completely false and fraudulent statement.
After weeks of complaining about the deceptive advertising, was offered $10 back on a $35 purchase price, for a dollar store item.
PLEASE save your hard earned money and DO NOT BUY!!!!!
Should anyone be interested in filing a class action lawsuit, count me in!

The items weren't what I ordered! I ordered Rhino cargo straps on 12/17, got them yesterday (28 days waiting, when said 3- 5 days delivery). Paid $55.w/ shipping/handle. The straps were small gernaic that can get $5 each at stores. This is soooo Fruad & rip off! Ps. Don't waste your money sending back... they're going to say didn't get there within 7 days refund period! Then they reship these to some other poor person to get scammed! Also if email support line, they'll take few comments then want to charge you to talk to someone about it... $31. a month for company one on one chat live! WTF. It's a Three way scam system! It's awlful... please be aware of Facebook ads & totally stay away from Brightbuy.

This company is a complete scam. My order and Invoice stated I had purchased:
"LIMITED EDITION" - Teching V8
Car Engine Model Kit
By the wording of the advert, the accompanying graphics showing a working 'put together' model kit and the price of $64.90AUD I expected to receive a package with seperate parts which needed to be assembled into a model of a V8 car engine. What a surprise I got when the parcel arrived and I got one lump of shaped plastic or epoxy in the shape of some sort of car engine, spray painted (very badly, I might add) in 2 colours with a rubber band as the fan belt. They would not give me a refund and expected me to pay the return postage. When I refused they offered me a 20% rebate (equalling $11.99USD which ended up being about $10.??AUD). To say I was peeved is to say the least.

3 issues: product represented or pictorially inferred as Nordstrom - most definitely not. Color delivered - gray - ordered beige. And, finally, it took a month to deliver. It took over 2 weeks just to get a tracking number and that was to a Chinese carrier. Once the Chinese carrier handed off to a US carrier I had no idea where it was or, for that matter, if it even existed…had I been scammed?

The timing took forever to get the product and when I did get it the product was not anything close to what I was expecting per advertisement. Also it was sent in a bubble envelope and the product (Straps) were just thrown in and a big jumbled up mess. Not packaged individually and only had one part of the strap. My husband said you could buy the product for a few dollars a piece at the hardware store and these were quite pricey. Due to expecting the straps to be retractable and they were definitely not and not good quality. Would never buys from them again. Ordered them Christmas in November and got them in January.
Too embarrassed to even give them to the people now because of what they are.

I placed an order on November 18 for some straps for my husband for Christmas. I finally received them on January 5th. When my husband opened them they were some cheap basic straps. I paid $80.00 for these and they aren’t worth $5.00. I emailed them and they offered after extensive emails back and forth 35% of my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU CRAP!
