I ordered a Girse pizza oven, That was advertised on the website On the 6th June. I got a email to say that It was No longer in stock, And I would be sent a refund for £549.00 Which I still have not received...... 3 Weeks Later still waiting.

Very good company to deal with, great products and good prices, even added a little present when a couple of items were missed from order, good communication and very friendly.

Waited longer than usual for delivery, management emailed and apologized and sent a free BBQ rub with my order.

Gareth + team installed a Chilli Penguin wood log burner nearly 3 years ago at my cottage near to Aberdyfi < faultless install and truly delighted with the log burner.
We are considering buying a property in Llanidloes itself, a log burner will feature highly on my wish list .....where could we possibly go to arrange to get one installed? .......no need to guess!!

I saw an advert offering a Kamado Joe for a great discounted price so I pounced on it. Five days later the said was delivered, let the cook begin!

Great shop with great items, fantastic BBQ sauce. We bought our kamado from them and their prices are unbeatable. Since we found Bright and Shine we have been buying our flamers, charcoal, sauces from them. Very nice contact ... when they get back to you which can take a long time (like weeks) which is why I did not give them 5 stars.

So far so good. Very helpful when ordering as we needed a specific delivery date for my sons 30th birthday and they didn’t disappoint.

Bright and Shine installed a Clock woodburning stove for us at our rural cottage, and from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. When Gareth came out for the first assessment, he offered his professional advice, suggestions and help, and also identified a separate problem with our chimney, finding for us an appropriate expert to rectify that, before the stove could be installed. He also organised the scaffolding, so taking away many of the headaches of the job for the layperson. Every time I emailed him about the job, he always replied promptly, inspiring confidence that the works were in very safe hands.

Gareth, Tom and Graham were at the house for the installation of the stove. Nothing about our house is easy: access is tricky, down a narrow track, and you can’t park close to the front door; it’s an old place, where none of the walls or floors is quite true; it’s had a 100 years of DIY, leading to unexpected discoveries, like the mountain of decades-old soggy soot that had built up inside the chimney; added to everything, it rained heavily all morning. Despite all this and with each new challenge, the three guys remained constantly cheerful, and never let up for a minute. The end result looks fabulous, and it’s all thanks to Bright and Shine! I highly recommend this dedicated family-run company.
