Customer service via email was excellent. The order took longer than expected and once we contacted customer service the response was above expectation. Tracking was an issue as the original tracking was for the shipment up to delivery to the USPS for final delivery. It indicated delivered 4 days before the final USPS delivery.

ORDERED A COMB THAT WAS CLEARLY FALSE ADVERTISING. STATED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND WHEN I WANTED MY MONEY BACK I WAS ONLY OFFERR 5% OR I HAD TO SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA AT MY EXPENSE. SENT EMAILS BACK AND FORTH AND HAVEN'T HAD A RESPONSE IN WEEKS AND NOW I'M STUCK WITH A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T WORK AND $25 LOST PLUS SHIPPING
I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND CLEARLY A SCAM AND A JOKE ON ME

The lighted balloons are not as advertised. The images and description suggest that they're powered with light strands that take a standard battery, but they're something much smaller and don't seem replaceable. They also seem like they come with a stand/wand to hold them up, but they do not.

I'm hopeful they will work well once inflated, but the overall impression is that these will be a project to put together and that they are not reusable (as advertised).

Shipped fast, received in good shape, price was fair. Would recommend this company.

The product is very nice, but I only received one of the two towels ordered. I ordered 1 white (told out of stock) and 1 black. I was contacted via email re: the white towel and replaced it with another black... but only 1 towel arrived. So nice quality but not too attentive customer service.

I bought the LED Table Lamp for my bedside table, and it has been a great addition. The three light settings are really useful, especially the warmer light in the evening. The dimmable feature makes it easy to adjust the brightness depending on what I'm doing, whether it's reading or just relaxing.

The battery lasts longer than I expected, and being USB rechargeable is very convenient. It also has a clean, modern look that fits nicely with my room.

Overall, a practical and good-looking lamp that does exactly what I was hoping for.

I got the StickBloom flower stickers with the 4+4 offer and honestly this was the most economical choice for me, in these days you kinda get used to checking every deal twice because things are not cheap here lol, so getting 8 pieces plus the extra discount felt like a really good value. I dont write reviews much but this one deserved it. The flowers are colorful and made my apartment feel a lot more cheerful and cozy, especially with all the sunlight coming through the windows in the afternoon, it just looks nice and gives the place a better vibe. Very easy to use too, just peel and stick and your done.

I put some on the bedroom wall and few near my work desk and they looked good right away. The colors looks somewhat as bright like the website photos but the quality is honestly better then i expected for the price, because sometimes you order things online and when it arrives your thinking why did i even buy this, but this was not like that at all. One sticker i put in the wrong spot at first and thought great now i ruined it, but i removed it slowly and sticked it again with no problem. Overall very happy with my purchse, good quality, great offer and worth every dollar, my wife liked it too and thats usually the real test in my house haha.

The web site offers many items.
The item I ordered was a sprinkler.
It didn’t have the correct fitting to attach to the hose.
When I tried to return it they promised to help. But I guess the item I ordered was actually from Kuehn.
Their offer was they would give me 50% pack and I could keep the piece of junk
Or I could pay the shipping to return it back to China and when they got it back, they would return my money
Nowhere on the website did it state this policy?
Do not buy from this company if you think you might need to return your item because you will not be happy

Ordered 3 flower yarn holders and received one broken the other ones were to ruff for the yarn and didn't work correctly. Contacted them the same day I received them reached out 7 times as they have a 14 day return policy. Never heard back, not email nothing. Filed with FTC. Filed a complaint with my bank.
