Poor refund policy
Took their product for tinnitus to no avail. Contacted the company as they state refund if no resolution in 60 days. Never received refund as they want: UPC code from box & receipt for purchase. I purchased one bottle from Amazon & sent them the invoice. 2nd bottle purchased @ WalMart BUT my boyfriend, nor I, kept the receipt. Therefore the company would NOT send me a refund for the 2 bottles I purchased & did not get any positive results. 2=3-22 Update: Never received even partial reimbursement for the recipt I had sent them for product. Horrible customers service & I still believe this refund policy is horrible & the company NOT forth right in what they claim. I was informed I would get partial refund for recipt forwarded BUT nothing ever came. I dislike people or companies that misrepresent ( in other words: LIE!)
