I returned to order my second new car from Bridgend Ford. Thoughout the difficult time of Covid, I had to wait such a long time to finally take delivery. My neighbours also ordered a new car from another Ford dealership at the same time. They had to continually chase their dealer for information. However, I received regular video updates from Chloe to keep me informed (thank you Chloe). This is just one example of the fantastic customer service Bridgend Ford provides. I will definitely return for my next car.

If I could give Zero stars for my experience I would. Stay away from this garage. Anyone looking at previous good reviews please don't be foolish enough to think that I'm just the unlucky one to have been affected by these cowboys. So this time last year I purchased a Ford Ranger from two salesmen at Bridgend Ford who I am now informed no longer work there who have basically sold us a vehicle for 25000 that actually is not roadworthy. So from the minute we purchased the vehicle there were red flags, when we returned from our holiday in the February we noticed the brakes were grinding and the car hadn't been driven. This was a clear indication that there had been no service done on the vehicle and that the break pads and discs were worn down to the point it wouldn't even pass it's MOT. We contacted the garage and were told that we would be sent service history on the vehicle, fast forward to a year of fighting because of multiple issues with the car including broken air con, and now the turbo has gone on the vehicle meaning it hasn't been driven since August because we have been in a dispute with the dealership who have ignored us at every opportunity. Just one day out of warranty and after they have promised they would pay for the diagnostic as well as fixing the break pads they have ignored us. We escalated it to FORD and they have lied through their teeth about us and whenever we called we had to give in a false name to get through to the manage because the receptionist would tell us that there was no one available to speak to us. When Ford got through to the garage they have told Ford that they are helping us but they aren't and have said they are not doing anything to help. Stay away from Leon, Dave and everyone else at this garage who clearly are so uncompassionate towards our situation and state well the people who sold you the car are no longer here and thats the reason why they won't help. I am sorry but this is the worst customer service and customer experience I have ever had in my entire life and we are now having to instruct the another ford garage to repair the vehicle due to these cowboys refusing to even support us at all. Please don't make the mistake we did and buy a car from this garage. They are very untrustworthy and disloyal and clearly only bothered about money. Save your self and go somewhere else.

Buying a car was made so easy and Dean in sales was great everything went so smooth Dean went out of his way to ensure that my personal number plate was on car ready and waiting for me I will definitely recommend thanks wyn harris
