I have been taking my computers and computer problems to Mark Jordan at Bridge Computers for years and he is excellent. He is very responsive, often sorting out problems immediately and often remotely. He eliminates the anxiety which goes with being totally reliant on computers for work and everything else. I highly recommend him.

As ever Mark offered good advice and service about my issues with a damaged lid and hinge on my laptop.

Second occasion to use Mark's services. My old laptop was incapable of running Windows 11. Following Mark's advice I was able to obtain a reconditioned, much superior , laptop for a very reasonable price. He also arranged to transfer the programmes, data etc from the old to the new. Can definitely recommend Bridge Computers

Had an old, well 8 years, lenovo laptop and considered it was time to upgrade (sooo slow). Bought this one I am doing the review on after referring the spec to Mark who confirmed quite top of the range. However, not being techy I arranged with Mark to transfer (clone) the software and files from my old one to this one. A morning later and here I am with my new laptop working likje a dream. Can't speak too highly of the service I received and would definitely recommend his services to 3rd parties. He even arranged for my old laptop to be environmentally disposed of - saves having something around the house gathering dust and now of no use to me.

My desktop PC was slowing down, slow to load and slow running. Mark and his colleagues swapped out the old disk for an SSD and did a thorough check on the machine. It's made a great difference and I'm really happy with the performance now. Mark's also fitted an SSD to my old laptop and brought that back to life as well. All at a reasonable cost.

Great prompt service and fair cost. 2nd time have used them and would do again.

Just had a windows 7 laptop upgraded to Windows 10 and an SSD drive fitted. Cannot fault the great service Mark provided and will definitely use again. Thankyou.

Quick response and turnaround, personable service and clearly know their stuff! Having been locked out of my MS surface laptop after a forced windows 11 upgrade, I could have lost everything on my hard drive, but Mark was able to fix everything and save all my files! Eternally grateful :)

Fantastic service. Mark is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop and was dreading the expense but Mark sorted my laptop out and extended its life all for minimal disruption and cost.
