Very bad service, hideous quality
I had ordered a red dress. The fit was bad and the skirt had color differences due to bad coloring I think. I e-mailed brideshire about my complaint and they answered I could get 70% of the price back, even though the website states 80%. I pointed that out, no reaction. I mailed the dress back and been waiting since June for my money back. Every time I inquire about the dress they tell me it's not there yet... Great loss of 160 euro.

I have recently bought a dress from this company, and I am very displeased! I had sent them my measurements and the dress does not fit at all! It is way too big and the proportions are utterly incorrect. I have a very hard time believing that it has been made after the measurements I sent. I have sent them several emails to which they have not responded. There is no way for me to return the dress, and therefore I have had to bring it to a tailor, which has cost me yet another 95$. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from buying from this place!! It is a total ripoff.
