Like everyone else, I have just got the bag, no kneeler. I feel a little less stupid seeing how many people have been conned. I tried to report them to Facebook but for some reason they are not on the list of adverts I have interacted with. I’m going to try to reclaim on my credit card.

Furious - ordered kneeler for my dad as Fathers Day present.....delivery today was one bag, no kneeler!
Tried contacting & website no longer available!

Quite relieved to hear all of your experiences with this company (rip off) I thought I was the only one to have been taken in! Same here I received the bags a week ago and no kneelers. However as soon as I ordered I thought the confirmation email looked suspicious so I spoke with my credit card provider and he was excellent and advised I cancel the existing card and I received a new card after 2 days. Unfortunately the money had been taken out just a minute or two on ordering the kneelers. The solution is that I need to wait for the 3 months Brico Depot are saying it will take to deliver the remainder of my order (the kneelers). If they do not arrive I can ring my credit card provider who has this on record and it is most likely they will refund my money which totals £50. I agree with the person who said this company should be followed up and charged with fraudulent practices.

Oh dear! Same here. After 6 weeks, just 2 bags. No kneeler. This is truly appalling.

I thought this was a great offer and ordered in Mid June about 4 July what arrived..the bag only and YUN tracker says order delivered...they will not reply to my emails,so like everyone else looks like I have been conned.We are pensioners and thought we were savvy but not so sure now ..be careful and Don’t deal with this company. Going to try and reclaim through the credit card or read Martin Lewis a bit more😩

Like every else all I got was the bag, I'm so angry , they don't reply to any e mails either. Going to get in touch with bank on Monday to see if I can get a refund as I paid with credit card.

Not worth any stars, I ordered mine on 06/06/2020, but have only received the bag through the letterbox. Tracker says it was delivered on 20/06 with signature from household, but we have not signed or received anything. Absolute rubbish just a con

I too have been conned. Ordered two on the 6th June. Have only received the bags. Despite many emails to them, no replies. Facebook please blacklist these scammers.

I to was taken in by brico ordered kneeler and only got the bag i will keep sending emails to them

Do not deal with this company As others state I only received the bag no seat No replies to email.
The package was put through the letter box no signature required.

I would also give a zero if possible. Like others on here the kneeler has not arrived - just two pockets. I checked their tracking and it said I had signed for those which I didn't - they were pushed through the door. I'm getting no replies either. I will now advise FB and contact my credit card to see if I can get a refund.
I wonder who all the people were on FB who said it was a great item - were they made up as well?
I won't ever purchase via FB again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I too have been SCAMMED! I ordered the garden kneeler for £29.99 and only received the pouch to go on it! Emailed them a few times and got no reply. Facebook needs to take action and stop them advertising!

I ordered a garden kneeler/seat after weeks I received on 9/7/20 a grey plastic bag which contains the 'free' canvas tool bag (worth £2-3) Where is the actual kneeler/seat as advertised? I got an email on 23/6/20 that it had now been shipped. There is a icon on the order saying visit our store. I have pressed it I get a '! Ooops something went wrong' then 'the shop is not available)

I don't even want to give them 1 star...ordered the kneeler weeks and weeks ago and received 1 bag only...today one cannot even get onto their site. Disgusting company.

Ordered 9th June. The cloth bag arrived on 30th. Several e mails later asking for the rest of the order - no reply, no kneeler!
A real scam! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Would give minus stars if possible -my wife ordered garden stool and kneeler 12 June - small package recd 4July containing cloth pocket.
Foolishly thought rest of order to follow-gave it four days and nothing else arrived.Sent e- mail earlier tonight chasing and checked amazon to see if on there but nothing.Wife then tells me she saw on Facebook and ordered on link . Have just googled and seen reviews - looks like we have been scammed for£30.Very annoyed - Facebook should be doing something after these reviews.

Another mug got caught I payed £29-99 for the garden kneeler on the 9th of June they took the money out of my bank on the same date Have tried to email and message to no avail.. Typods Preaux TOOK THE MONEY... Face book should be chasing the company up ... VERY ANGRY .....

Just read the other reviews. Wish I had seen these before I ordered it. Like the others I have received the bag but no stool. Do not use this company.
