SCAM. Ordered grass seed mat. Several weeks later received green felt. No return details and website now disappeared. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Like so many other people I ordered the garden kneeler (from an advert on Facebook). I received the tool pouch but no kneeler. This is a scam.

i bought 2 of the grass seeds on a roll they took the payment and not recieved it.Do not buy from this company it was on facebook.

This organisation should have NO stars
The company is a complete scam
DONT buy the garden kneeler They won’t deliver it

A total sham, paid for a grass mat approx £20 and was sent a small piece of felt, there appears no way of contacting them, surely someone knows who they are and Brico deopot France should be held responsible or Kingfisher plc

I ordered the garden Kneeler and double bags on the 14th of June .A single bag arrived but no Kneeler. I have tried emailing them but the email just bounces back as undeliverable.

I will be very careful as to which sites I order from in future by checking on Trustpilot first

I ordered 2 kneelers and, as I see from other reviews here, I am not alone in receiving only the bags!
The email, which suggests a UK branch, does not work so I cannot contact anyone about it.
Clearly this is a scam - very annoyed and will be contacting my credit card company.

I too have been duped .I ordered the garden Kneeler and double bags on the 8th of June .The bags came within a fortnight with no invoice .I have e mailed them several times ,as I havnt recieved the garden Kneeler .I have e mailed them several times , but havnt had a reply back.It is shocking that they can treat peopke like this .I can't settle until I do something about it .I am so angry .I am going to ring my credit card company to see if they can look into this ,and sort a refund out .I wil be very careful as to which sites I order from in future.

I purchased the grass seed roll and received a bag of green felt?!! Absolute joke. Am trying to find the website but it seems to have disappeared.

I ordered a Garden Kneeler with pouch on 16/06. The pouch was delivered to me through our letter box on 08/07 without the GARDEN KNEELER. I sent two emails already to follow up when the kneeler to be delivered but no reply. I wouldn’t pay £29.99 for a pouch ! Please, I’m still waiting for the kneeler.

Absolute scam do not buy anything from this company

Noting that this is pointing at the French store, it is entirely possible that someone has been impersonated them as a UK store using their trusted name. Like others here, I waited weeks for the lawn seed mat and eventually received some Dark green felt In the post from Hermes with no invoice or return details. The link on the email invoice doesn't work. It's a scam.

Ordered 2 grass seed rolls & supposed to get 1 free for £44.99! What arrived today was 2 pieces of green folded felt! Didn’t even get my free one!! Total scam! Website has disappeared too! I thought this was a UK company! I feel robbed! Scumbag rip off merchants. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

It's a scam. If you are lucky enough to receive a product it's not what was advertised. Complete shambles.

I am yet another customer who was duped by Brico Depot's offer of a garden kneeler and only received a useless bag. Surely there is some way of taking these cheats to task in view of all the people who have been affected by this scam, and I am shocked that Facebook allow this to happen.
