The envelope arrived empty. I told it to Brickzimo, but no answer yet from their part. They don't seem to be interested about my issue. I am sure the problem comes from the French delivery service, yet a little help from Brickizimo would be appreciated.

Unwilling to refund customers for doubly charged VAT as per voec laws amd regulations
Unwilling to refund customers for illegally high value-added tax which has been forced upon customers in Norway by post Norway AS (posten Norge AS) and other transportation companies. The whole voec system is a f***ing mafia like system.
At this point it would be better to shop from shops OUTSIDE of the VOEC (value-added tax on e-commerce) system
