Incomplete delivery, lack of follow-up and eventually a month later sent me a used pump!

I ordered conditioner and a pump to dispense it from Brick and Mirror. Got just the conditioner. I wrote them that my order was incomplete. They wrote back a few days later saying the would send a pump. 2 weeks later, no sign of the pump. I emailed and texted them. Still nothing. Then I told them I was going to put a complaint in with my credit card company. They emailed and said what are you missing? I told them and I said if you don't have it, just refund me. No response again for days. Then one day, almost a month after my initial order, a package with the wrong size and used (with moisture smelling like a different type of conditioner) arrives. The pump doesn't come close to reaching the bottom of the gallon jug so it's useless. I emailed the company back and they told me that I should not complain because they sent me a pump and to never order from them again. And why would I? They can't fill an order and refuse to make it right. Over $10. They must be really desperate to need to keep my money. So here is my honest review.

Buy somewhere else

I bought shampoo and conditioner from Brick and Mirror Beauty that expires in 2022. Two months ago it turned somehow and smells like vinegar. I used it once (before realizing the smell) and it burned my scalp.

I contacted them for a refund, and they replied quickly saying they would get in contact with the manufacturer and have since been ignoring my contact.

Spend a little extra and buy from Amazon or somewhere local that won't dodge you when they sell you a bad product.
