I recently received an email from Brew Republic offering me a mystery case of 24 pale ales and 2 free glasses. Free delivery too. Clicking on the link left you puzzled as the offer was already sold out. A couple of days later an apology email arrived about the 'sold out' offer. I was able to place the order for my 24 bottles of mystery pale ales. Delivery was promised on Friday and that was missed, with delivery happening on Saturday. The mystery case was disappointing. There were 9 bottles of same brand lager and 9 bottles of same brand bitter. Not much of a mystery when only 25% of your order is different. Not a great experience and I won't be back.

Very disappointed to discover that my 'curated mystery mix of 24 pale ales' turns out to contain ten of the same type (not a very nice one unfortunately), five identical ones of another type (not tried it yet, but that's another 20% of the 'mix' as identical beer), and even two cans of 'salted caramel stout', which sounds disgusting and is definitely not a pale ale! I know that it's buyer beware when you take up a mystery offer, but this feels like a cynical way to dump stock that's not selling - I feel misled and let down by this rubbish selection. Sister company Laithwaites is miles better than this.

My parents cancelled their subscription via email yet Brew Republuc continued to take money and send beer. Customer service is rubbish would not recommend.

Good service, good array of beers, decent delivery times, decent prices.

The only problem is they won't let me cancel. At the time of writing, the "cancel subscription" button is a dummy that doesn't do anything. I have tried to contact them but to no avail yet.

Update - I have had to block them from my card as it still hasn't been cancelled despite contacting them two weeks ago and the button still doesn't work

I was charged £35 for a case of beer I did not want / order and am still waiting for refund, despite numerous phone calls and emails. All they keep saying is they will collect the order and then refund, but do not collect it - and I didn’t order it in the first place! Very poor customer service.

I started ordering from Brew Republic at the beginning of the lockdown and I really enjoy their beer selection.

Ordered the Christmas advent calendar. Very disappointing, beers felt like a combination of poor sellers. Some had a lot of sediment and others were far too fizzy

Really fast delivery, within 48 hours of ordering. I was disappointed to find my order was missing one bottle. After sending an email, I was pleasantly surprised by a very quick response to be advised that a replacement was being sent out with an additional beer. Again this was received within another 48 hours. Excellent service!

I ordered from Brew Republic for Christmas presents, the communication throughout was very good and my order arrived promptly and well packaged.
I had a slight problem with my order, when I contacted the company by email I received a very prompt response (despite it being Saturday). My issue was resolved swiftly and to my complete satisfation by Nate.
If you like your craft beers I doubt you'd find a better company to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brew Republic.

Fab first case - the Wiper and True a cracking beer. Looking forward to discovering a few more. Loved the beer mats too.
