Bad service

I sent them an inquiry a dew days back, asking if they had a physical shop, as I aanted to see a specific coffee roaster before buying.
They sent me location for shop and aas looking forward to helping me.
Arriving after 1 jour drive, they qanted tonshow me the roaster on a screen.
I ask to see it physically, as I had already seen the roaster on my computer.
They told me that specific model was not on display, and refused to opem a box and show me.
So 2 hours drive for nothing, could have informed me when I first enquired, that the model qas not on display, and that they therefor would be unable to help me.
