I ordered this beer in the last week of November as needed it for a birthday present on the 1st of December as website stated 2-3days delivery and this gave me a few days wiggle room. So far no beer and no updates as to when it should arrive despite contacting the company twice. Really disappointing i had high expectations and now way to late for the birthday present it was intended for.

When ordering, on the website it states order will be delivered in 2-3 days, so when I ordered (3rd December) I expected to receive my order within 2-3days, however, I now realise that the 2-3 day delivery will be from when they dispatch the order but there is no indication anywhere as to when you can expect an order to be dispatched. I tried emailing yesterday to ask when the order would be likely to be dispatched but so far, have not had a response. I totally appreciate that it is a very busy time and there will be a lot of orders, and all I am looking for is a realistic timeframe as to when I will receive my order, and whether it will arrive before Christmas, so that if not, then I can make alternative arrangements.

First time using this company and it won’t be the last. There customer support is brilliant , one of the items I ordered was out of stock I received an email right away. One of the staff even took time out to phone me so I could pick a replacement and they added an extra item free of charge.
Other companies need to look at Stormtroopers customer support training they have been excellent from start to finish.
Would definitely recommend.

I really like Storm Trooper Beer. It's hard to write a review before I've gotten my products. So I'll still give it 4 stars. Great merchandise.

There were problems with the courier when meant that I didn’t receive my initial order. Stormtrooper quickly dispatched a replacement which, this time, was received even though the courier still had my address wrong.

Easy to order. Good choice and fast delivery. Value for money.

I’ve been using OSB for about 12-18 months now & have placed a good few orders with them over that time. My most recent order had a damaged tumbler, and they were super quick to respond and have a replacement sent out for me.
