Competitively priced and quality service

Competitively priced and quality ingredients. Went to collect an order from the Aladins cave itself, and get some advice re kegging issues... The guys were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will be making this the go to for future orders.

out of date

Arrived after 4 days (but it was over the weekend), with 2 missing taps (but arrived later), sterilizing powder spilled all over the lager (but sent another one), wine out of date, (just checked & still don't notice a mention to this on website).

Hi, Unfortunately the taps were missed from the original order, but we realised the mistake and they were sent (and arrived) the following day. The steriliser was damaged in transit, so we sent you the larger version by way of an apology. I believe you ordered on a Thursday afternoon, so it was sent on the Friday to arrive on Monday. The wine kit had the Best Before date in the title of the product, and was reduced in price. I'm sorry if we didn't meet your expectations with this order, but I believe we have done everything we could to address your concerns. Kind Regards, the team at Brew day.
