Very satisfied - a responsive, prompt and professional service conducted directly by the conveyancing solicitor, Sophie, at a keen price, with proceeds remitted on day of completion.
Before signing up I rang Brevis to test their responsiveness - call promptly answered directly by a conveyancer - and after discussing the process via a streamlined online document portal I signed up online.
Having previously done my own conveyancing, I did not want to use an overpriced high street solicitor or a 'conveyancing factory' where no one takes overall responsibility for a case.
I recommend Brevis and will use them for any future conveyancing.

Working with Brevis for the sale of our flat could not have been simpler. Prices were transparent (we paid what we were originally quoted, no hidden costs for additional communication or complicated lease matters). Communication was outstanding. The online account manager was easy to use and meant providing all information and documents was quick and easy. Overall the process was infinitely better than previous experiences with a high street solicitors. Thoroughly recommend!

Aiken and the rest of the team at Brevis are incredible. I was a first time buyer and the process can be very daunting, but I felt like I was in safe hands with the Brevis team. Aiken was always available to answer all of the my questions and went out of his way to use simple, easy language; which is very helpful when there are lots of complicated terms and huge amount of money involved. The team were very professional throughout the entire process - even when the sellor's side were being a little bit difficult. Excellent service. I needed help with a civil housing matter and had called numerous solicitors firms who were all quite unhelpful and disinterested. I contacted Brevis and spoke with Aiken who was extremely helpful and informative. They agreed to represent me and quoted a price which was very reasonable and never changed. The matter was sorted for me quickly and efficiently. Aiken remained in contact throughout and was available for any questions I had. Brilliant service and would definitely recommend.

I thought Brevis were fantastic, they responded far quicker than any business I have worked with, and also hurried the process along with the other parties. The portal is fantastic and lays out the next steps very clearly and helps the excitement of buying a house as you tick off more tasks. The process was far simpler broken down into easy steps - in previous purchases I've felt left in limbo, but it was the complete opposite. Unfortunately for me the house ended up falling through, however they refunded me my money as they do not charge unless the sale goes through - when I get my next offer accepted I'll be reaching out straight away. 5 star service!

Brevis is a relatively new company, so you could be excused for being concerned about their ability to manage complex conveyancing and issues.
Rest assured - the team are highly knowledgeable about all aspects of property sales and purchase. They are efficient, customer focussed, and above all dedicated to achieving a fast completion time, without compromising attention to detail.
The sign-up process was the quickest and most efficient, electronic process I have encountered. No lengthy letter writing, no long postal delays - all done via secure, online electronic documentation.
The team, especially our account manager, was always available and quickly responded to queries and requests. All expectations were fully met and usually exceeded during all phases of my property sale. Their attention to detail and to the specific circumstances and needs of the client are exemplary.

My partner and I were first-time buyers with little to no experience with the house buying process. Whilst we had friends who had bought houses, it’s a whole different experience trying to get your head around it yourself for the first time! To help with this, Brevis had an online portal/dashboard and regular emails which helped clarify all of the jargon (genuinely like a different language) which helped no end when trying to understand the process. Similarly, our account manager Aiken was always on hand pretty much any time of day to help with any queries we had, which helped put our mind at ease and you didn’t feel like you were asking silly questions at any point. The whole process was a dream from start to finish (and by all reports that is not something that is often said about solicitors!). The sign up was really straight forward, consisting of a short online form and then from then on it was direct contact from Aiken which continued throughout the process and any issues that arose were explained fully.

Brevis exceeded our expectations in terms of speed (if anything, we had to slow them down because we needed to wait for a specific date!). As first time buyers, we of course have no previous experience with solicitors but from all of the stories we have heard from friends or family, then the service that Brevis provides is second to none. The best part is it really feels like they are trying to bring the solicitor/conveyancing process into the 21st century, which helps cut down on waiting times. So often I’ve heard that people are just ‘waiting to hear from a solicitor’ only to find out that something had never been actioned – this did not happen once with Brevis. We were kept informed every step of the way and everything was extremely proactive. Anything that was possible to do online was carried out online, rather than waiting for the something to be posted. Another really handy thing that Brevis offer is the option to delay a portion of the remaining fees until up to 3 months after moving, which is incredibly useful as there are so many fees to consider upfront. I would 100% recommend Brevis to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house, especially first time buyers, but really anyone could benefit from the outstanding service we received.

As a first time buyer, I had what sounds like an unusually stress-free and smooth time using Brevis as my conveyancing firm. Aiken was always super helpful and responsive, and seemed more than happy to answer all my (many) questions. The process felt very calm and in control, despite the rush to complete before the end of the Stamp Duty holiday (which was unexpectedly successful!!), and it meant a lot to feel that I had someone on my side throughout the whole process. I was helped by Aiken on conveyancing of my first property and he was wonderful throughout - super communicative and effective, talking me through each stage of the process.
