Order some hand dryers and they were delivered to the wrong address. After taking my own time to investigate and tell them, they came back to me(only after 3 emails) with no apology etc to tell me where its was delivered and that I should go and pick it up. I’m sorry, but I didn’t pay to go and get it myself in my own time. The customer service just never responds to emails and there is no phone number to call. I still haven’t heard back from them or received my order.

After placing the order (number # 00543) it's been a week, but there is no communication on the shipment and delivery. All modes of communication, whether email or phone calls do work. There is no response to the emails. The phone number is out of order. At this point it's not known if my order is ever going to be shipped. I have reached the management on LinkedIn but received on one single line message "the delivery address is not a real place". Upon replying and clarifying there is no further communication.

What a great company to deal with. We had a small problem with the first unit and they sent us our a replacement on overnight, then spent ages on the phone explaining step by step how to install and get the best out of the product, in fairness this was user error and fairly easy to install. Great company and thanks to Paul the transaction went very smoothly

We were searching for a well built, well designed hand dryer with a high air flow for a new toilet and shower/ wet room within our offices and, after searching on-line, found Bremmer. I called and spoke to Paul who was a fantastic help and after a brief discussion of our requirements he recommended the T15 HD model. We are delighted with the product but more importantly like the fact they were a family run business who will stand over the products they supply. We would highly recommend them.

Bought 3 hand sanitiser dispensers and they are great. Liked them so much I bought 2 more for the liquid soap. Sent an email to the company and had a response back within the hour. Great service and a UK company so even better.

I have recently ordered several of their excellent products. Every time they’ve arrived promptly which surprised me given the current climate. Amazingly helpful staff providing a faultless after sales service. I will use them in future for this alone. Cannot recommend highly enough.
