Very happy with your service! First of all I could not find in pet shops in France particular crockets for my dog and you had it! Secondly, delivery within this country is sooo slow, and I was absolutely surprised that with your shop it took less then a week (to be precise only 3 working days)! And this is absolutely amazing! Very good price, quick delivery for free... If this is your common way of work, I am ready to be your client for ever :)

Service Client do not respond to…
Service Client do not respond to concerns.
I was unhappy with an order of "Amflee Spot-On 50 mg pour chat" as it had proved totally ineffective and I found myself with a flea infestation in my house.
I had ordered 12 pipettes and used 3. I emailed twice within the 14 days to ask if a could have a refund for the remaining pipettes but no-one bothered to reply.
