Agreed to a $1 USD charge got lumped with another $15 USD charge and got nothing for it, cancelled sub and waiting on email support about a refund but looks like the email support is a scam too

Just completed an online quizz - was meant to get a report emailed. Recieved no report - was charged for th report and also automatically charged an extra 14.99. No contact info or details were sent to my email just a link to an app that is only suitable for iphone - this clearly a scam. Stay far away

I cancelled after the trial, they somehow reactivated my account and charged my card. I have since cancelled 3 times and finally heard back from customer service after over a week with them saying they won't refund the money.

I was supposed to have a seven day trial on the second day they charge my card, which is weird because I didn’t put any information. There was no sign-up. There was no nothing. I wrote them about it and this is what they sent me.
Response: Thanks for reaching out! Olha is here to help. 🌸

I thought i had canceled my subscription. Apparently not. Working 4 days i was charged $40. I complained and I'm happy to say they've canceled my subscription and are doing to refund my money. I'm not even sure what this was for. I'm inundated with so many emails, it's hard to keep track of all of them.

First I love the services they offer,I can remmended that, but one thing I love the most is about their support system and the rate at which they respond

Took the "quiz" that appeared as an ad, is an absolute scam, avoid this app at all costs, they are looking to turn a buck, not at all to help you!

I ended up not using the app, but the customer service was everything one could hope for and then more. Friendly, attentive, compassionate, quick, communicative, professional...seriously top notch. They are the epitome of going above and beyond.

4/2/26 I had to send an email to customer support over a confusing billing charge that turned out not to be breeze andCustomer service rep. Arielle is absolutely wonderful and so helpful.

I was being charged without my consent 30$ for a service i didn’t got. I need my money back. This app is a scam. Refund my money now.

They surprise charged me for a membership that I never agreed to or wanted.

Copying and pasting from another review, because it is entirely accurate:
"04.30.2026 I cancelled the service on the same day I downloaded the application. I did not use services at all—not even for a minute—and I received no results or benefits from the application. I did not agree to any monthly subscription, recurring payments, or ongoing charges.
The charge made to my card is unjustified and unauthorized.
I just want refund of the amount charged to my card"
I've sent a couple emails to the company today, one including screenshots as evidence, requesting a refund.
---END---
Edit: as of 5/4 they are reviewing my emails and I am waiting to hear back.

Awful experience. They pull you in with a test and then charge £1 for the results, hidden somewhere (legally but I’d argue unethically) is that you’ve just signed up for a £24.99 a month subscription. It’s not a scam… but it’s certainly a trick. Please proceed with care.
The app is full of more adverts “sponsored” so doesn’t even give you much and is probably trying to trick you into losing more money.
