Link to website shows it is £63.79 for an emergency tool to cut seatbelts and break windows, which you can but on EBay for less than £5.

I feel that I was tricked and fell for a scam. (my bad!) I haven't seen the product so I can only complain about being over charged.
I am usually more alert when I buy online - I think I must have been on my third glass of wine!
I do not recommend them.

For what it does, the price is honestly a bargain. The metal feels heavy-duty, and it doesn’t seem like it would ever give out in a real situation. I’ve bought cheaper tools in the past, and they’ve always felt flimsy, but this one is a whole other level. If you want something dependable without spending a fortune, this is it.
I keep mine clipped to my sun visor, and it doesn’t get in the way at all. The design is so small that it still feels sturdy in my hand when I tried the features. It’s exactly what I was looking for in an emergency tool.
This thing is so compact I barely notice it clipped in my car. I’ve had other tools before, but they’re bulky and awkward to use. Breeker is simple, doesn’t take up room, and still feels dependable.

This company is a scam, hear me out. If you don’t want to read this whole review, take this from it: Do NOT buy from breeker.com. It is a scam. (they are also affiliated with the scam website getlumenlight.com who funny enough use “TrustRate” for their “reviews.” It’s a scam version of TrustPilot lol)
The story begins with a YouTube ad. I was shown an emotionally charged ad in which a man tells the story of how he had attempted to save a small family from a submerged vehicle, but had no means of breaking the window. The young mother and her children all died because he had no tool to break the window. So he sets out to “invent” a window breaking tool to fix this problem. After watching this advertisement, I clicked to their website, did zero market research of other products, and purchased the 5 pack for $130 (which they value stacked as a a fantastic deal). I immediately regretted my purchase when I Google window breaking hammers, and realize that this company is not mentioned anywhere online, in contrast to what their website would make you believe. It doesn’t exist. Turns out that ResQMe is the legitimate company who invented this type of product, and get this, they cost $10, not $30. Fast forward to when finally receive my products in the mail (late btw) and open the package to find five cheap, generic, unbranded Chinese made window hammers. Probably cost them 30¢ to buy then they turn around and make a nice website and emotional ads and sell them for $30. And when I tested one, the mechanism broke after the second use. Scam!
If you’re reading this, please please please do not buy this product. Go get yourself a ResQMe or Google “center punch tool” and get one of those. You’ll be much better off.

This is a fraudulent company and website. I saw the ad for this window breaker product Beeker on YouTube. I clicked on the link, it redirected to breeker.com. I selected the 5-pack deal for $129.95, and $9.95 for expedited shipping since I needed it for an upcoming road trip. Once I completed entering in my credit card and submitted payment, the payment confirmation page popped up with additional charges: $29.75 for extended warranty, and an additional standard shipping cost of $7.95. They double charged me for shipping, and a warrant that I never selected. I received an email confirmation of my order with the additional charges for a total of $177.60. Then 25 minutes later I received another email from Beeker.com stating "We couldn’t complete your order for the Breeker window breaker. But don’t worry, we saved your cart just in case". I emailed their support email listed on the website to check why they're saying my order was not completed when I already paid and received an order confirmation. The email I sent bounced as undeliverable. I tried calling the customer service number on their website (213) 861-9939 but it just kept ringing endlessly. I started to look more closely at their website and realized the company is based in Lithuania, not in the USA as their marketing states. That's when I realized this is scam website and company. I called my credit card company to but it was too late, the payment was already pending so they could not cancel it. I requested the bank to close that credit card account number and issue me a new card to avoid further fraudulent charges on my card. I eventually received the product 15 days later despite paying extra for expedited shipping. I also reported them to the BBB.

I don't remember ordering anything from RCH-Beeker and have not received anything from them. They charged me three different amounts: $113.76, $39.95, and $49.80, for a total of $203.51. My bank settled the amounts with them. I tried finding them online, and all I found were reviews. I'm looking for a refund.

I accidentally activated the Breeker once but the safety cap worked great. No injuries occurred which shows how well it's designed.
The Breeker feels really good in hand with a solid grip that inspires confidence.
Love how compact this design is fits perfectly on my keychain.
Took it to a junkyard to try it out. Man, those windows didn't stand a chance!
Breeker.com's popup ad for car window breakers fooled me into clicking a three-pack. Moving to my PayPal account, I populated name, email, and my shipping address--but I did NOT click the final "authorize payment", choosing instead to back button to re-study the product info on the breaker site.. Decided "NO", and so I clicked back button out of both sites, expecting to forget about it. Next time I checked my emails, I had one that was from Breeker.com, saying "your order is still in your cart--complete your purchase". I did not open, and moved it to spam. An hour later, new email from Breeker "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER". A minute later, new email "YOUR ORDER IS PACKED AND BEING SHIPPED". No amount of effort in contacting them has fixed things. I immediately notified my credit card company, which had two "pending charges." They could not reject or place in dispute "until the charges go through." Based on my emails to Breeker.com objecting to what happened, one email reply--from their own support email address-- had a comforting statement that "when you receive your items, please contact us and we will arrange for return shipping." So today, these super cheap devices arrived (added hidden charges for "extended warranty"); and so my today email to Kevin at Breeker got this in reply: "your ticket has been closed." and "please start a new request to: (a second, unrelated email address not mentioning Breeker). That is a black hole. Their reply: "Your ticket has been closed. Please start a new description of your issue". That is what I had sent! The next attempt, with a re-written email with full info on order #, items, dates, etc. got me a new email "your ticket has been closed. Please submit..... The Breeker company is HQ'd in Lithuania; the shipping address for the shipper, in Vernon CA is evidently a "scam shipper" headquarters, handling many fly by night scammers. Their outfit which appears by google mapping, the "Vernon Wholesale Club" has 182 Google reviews, and they rate an overall average of 1.2 stars. I've never seen lower. Hoping my disputes made to my credit card company will come to my aid. Could not figure out how to reach PayPal. Last irony: these cheap window breakers are commonly offered for about $6 to $7 each on Amazon and eBay, in 4-packs etc.-- but uninformed as I was, the breeker.com "super duper price" is around $25 each--before they slap on an undisclosed $5.95 each for an "extended warranty". No law against hideous markups, but as for the rest, these people ought to find a place in a jail.

I ordered a breaker tool and received way more than I wanted.
My credit card showed a charge of $167.65!!! I immediately sent the unopened package back with a request for proof of delivery to hooraki.com requesting a refund but have not received anything back from them. They also have a Customer Service page on the internet which I have submitted help from but still nothing in reply!

After seeing a pop-up ad about this product, I went to the Breeker website. The site seem well-done and the information professionally/nicely presented. A strip at the top of the Home Page cited a "Special Limited Time Offer - 75% off". I clicked on the option to "Order Now". That brought me to what appeared to be a checkout page, offering four (4) purchase options (to buy anywhere from one to ten). The 5X (buy five) option was automatically highlighted, but I chose the option to buy just ONE, after which the (discounted) price was shown to be $29.99 (vs. $59.99, presumably the regular price). Also noted was a confirmation that my "70% discount for Beeker has applied successfully!" (The discrepancy between a 75% and a 70% discount was noted.) However, in either case, the MATH DOESN'T APPEAR TO WORK! (At 70% off of $59.99, the price should be $17.99, and at 75% off, it should be only $14.99.) I then wondered if the price difference might be attributable to the inclusion of shipping/handling. However, the only way to check S/H costs seemed to be by entering my credit card and personal info up front -- which I wasn't about to do. Instead, I tried calling them for clarification; however, after holding for a long time, the recording said no one was available and suggested leaving info for a call-back. I opted against doing so. I also could not find a US address on the website. (The Contact Page includes a phone number, an email address and what may be an address in Lithuania? ("UAB Commercecore, Savanorių pr. 363, Kaunas, Lithuania"). The website Review Page indicates a total of 8,258 reviews and an "Excellent" (4.7 star) rating from "TrustRate", along with multiple favorable reviews shown as "verified". Clearly, that "rating" appears to be very different from that of Trustpilot. Buyers BEWARE!

I finally got the product. The blade that is supposed to cut thru a seat belt wouldn't go thru a piece of cardboard. I didn't dare taking the cap off the bolt part that is supposed to break the window because I'm wondering if it is a onetime use or can you use it multiple times? Very misleading. Wouldn't advise buying at all. I want my money back.

I selected a simple $40 order and went back to change the order. When I finally went to pay, it automatically added warranties and included the items I had deleted from my basket.
This company is probably a fraudulent Chinese entity and PayPal, Amazon and all credit card services need to identify them, ban/remove/fine them, and protect customers!

I ordered 2 Breekers and they sent and charged for 5 and another $40 for what I don't know. From the other reviews they charge for a warranty that I of course did not ask for. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Also the product is junk.
