Bad customer service after buying the car
The process of buying the car was easy and went quite fast with that part I was satisfied, the problems came after the deal was done. Less than one week after the car was bought the key gave a low battery alert. I replaced the battery and it never worked again. I contacted them and yes we did try solving it together ,even when they said it could've been me that damaged the key (which i accept). In the process of trying to solve it there was miscommunication issues where their mechanic would cancel my appointments, reschedule and then demand the car to be in their shop from one minute to the other., I even waited 3 weeks after they promised they would investigate if the warranty could cover it, I heard nothing from them and needed to reach out again.
The last time I left the car there by this mechanic request he was not there, so i explained the situation to another employee (he was nice), he took the car and the keys and i drove off. I called the mechanic that I had an agreement with and by asking the simple question " Can you please explain me what will happen today that is different from the other times you tried? ", he started screaming on the phone asking if I was pressuring him and no one in this world would pressure him. Bad costumer service, bad temper. Then I went to get my keys with him and told him I would speak to his boss ( the guy that took care of selling me the car) and all I got was a bunch of excuses justifying this guy's behavior and trying to cover up for it.
I do understand this situation was hard but it is not ok to scream at your customers.
