I attended one of Mel’s online deep dive breathing circle which was a really fascinating experience. There’s a lot more to breathing thank you think! Mel held the space for everyone beautifully and made sure that each person had a chance to speak. I felt very well supported and her instructions during the breathing exercises were very clear. She also spent a few minutes with each individual in the group to check their method and correct where necessary.
Mel also did a moving loving kindness meditation.
I can highly recommend Mel as a breathing coach.

Mel was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was truly enlightening to hear how interconnected our breathing is with all our physical systems and emotional states.
The assessments were very informative and areas of weakness were identified quickly. I now have exercises specifically to strengthen my diaphragm. With Mel’s guidance I was able to focus on how to do the breathing exercises effectively. I’m looking forward to getting started!

I had my first session with Mel and felt that the weights I’ve carried for so long start to lift, even my husband said I looked different. I have tried a lot of alternative therapies to help with trauma and can honestly say I’ve never felt safer and how can I put it, held. Mel is incredible, she sees and knows you, guiding you every step of the way, so intuitive and caring. I have enjoyed Mel's online workshops for a few years now and find these sessions really beneficial. I have also just had a 1-2-1 session and found it profoundly therapeutic; physically, mentally and emotionally. Mel creates a beautiful, safe place and you feel secure and held while you work through the breathing exercises which can sometimes trigger an emotional release. Mel really is a special soul and I would highly recommend her sessions. Thank you Mel, I will definitely be back.

My partner and I did the Couple’s Breathwork with Mel.
We have both seen Mel separately over the past year and this was our first time together….. and what an utterly amazing experience it was.
It was an insanely beautiful experience with Mel holding the space in such a calm, quiet and safe way. We laughed, we cried and felt the most amazing connection thanks to the gentle direction Mel gave - it was one of the most profound things I’ve ever done.

I have now completed 3 sessions and cannot recommend Mel highly enough!! The initial aim has been to address my snoring which is ongoing with almost immediate results but I have also learnt so much about my breathing and how I can help improve my everyday life - I just have to keep up the exercises!
