They are such a scam, I lost all my credits which I've accumulate since 2017. Their only explanation was that it was a change within the company. They should be sued for not noticing anyone and going behind our back for this.
Their company is doing pretty terribly right now and I hope they come down crashing. Such an unethical company.

I tried reserving an office space but my confirmed reservation was cancelled with no explanation. Upon further investigation I was told it was “unavailable” only to then be offered the same space on the same day for an extra £80 per hour. My first and only experience with this company has been dreadful. Will not be using them again.

Great until it isn't, and then it's terrible. I'm the CEO of a venture backed startup currently utilizing Breather's monthly office service. As part of signing up for it, they require you sign an agreement saying that you will use their internet access and that you can not setup your own internet service provider.

Things were great for a months or so, until our internet went down.

The internet has now been down in our space for 4 days, and Breather has been entirely unwilling to provide a cellular-based WiFi hotspot or any other interim solution that would enable us to productively use our space which we pay about $900 a day for.

The customer service is terrible. They just read from a script, saying things like "Feel free to contact us anytime, we are always here to help 24/7," but should you actually need help, like operable internet, they just say, "I'm sorry, we can't do anything about that." Ridiculous and disingenuous.

I loved this app and it was perfect for renting by the hour, which is what I need. Offices are beautiful. I wished they had more in my price range but I made it work. Last night I signed a new client based upon the location. Had an hour meeting, now I go to book another appointment only to find out no you have to book 2 hour minimum!! While I respect their right to make a business decision, THEY GAVE US NO NOTICE. And I cannot afford to pay double for an hour client. So unprofessional!

You read correctly, the heart of their business, providing you with a room. This was my second time using their service and I was stuck in the hallway with 15 people who flew in from LA, waiting for the meeting. I just couldn’t believe it and they also weren’t able to find a solution in a timely manner...”we are so sorry for the inconvenience, here is $75 for your next booking”. Thank you but no...meeting cancelled...thank you Breather.

Comically ugly customer experience - this is all I can say. A very rude conduct by a customer experience rep. They make it easy for you to book the room - sure, but anything soon after, they really don't care much.

Our Lunch & Learn went off without a hitch! The Breather office space we reserved in downtown Chicago was lovely - clean, bright, roomy, and well appointed. We did have some technical difficulty getting the monitor in the room to work, but our Breather contact was immediately available by phone to problem solve with us and after discovering a loose connection, everything worked perfectly. I look forward to working with Breather again for future events.

I most recently had an experience that wasn't great at all. I rented a space for 3 days for executives in my company and paid for cases of water bottles and they never arrived on any of the 3 days. When I received by bill it was on the bill and I had to reach out for it to be removed. Not a great experience.

User experience is great, but that's it.

Very good service. There was some drilling happening on the roof of the building, which took a few phone calls to resolve but over all a fantastic experience with Breather. I would use them again and will recommend to others.

I have used Breather in London and we were all amazed by how easy it was. It took a lot of stress from our shoulders and the we managed to have excellent meetings.
I definitely recommend this amazing service.
