Made a one time order and they conti ue to charge me for it even though I didn't order after it. Writing this is probably a waste of time as nothing will come of it but I still feel it nessicery to warn others.

I purchased one early 11/2025. Took forever to receive my order. It finally arrived 7 weeks later after I forgot about it. They then tried to charge my card again in December as well as January. None of the charges went through because my credit card company is absolutely amazing at catching fraud. I highly recommend watching card statements after any purchase from this company.

I placed one order and then had cancer surgery. I just noticed that they charged me 2 times in December and 3 times in January 2026. I did not sign up for a subscription; but even if they scammed me into a subscription - I received no product and it would make no sense for there to be weekly charges! This is a total scam.

I too have been scammed. Should have checked Trustpilot first. Lesson learnt.

Just don't go there, I got caught but you live & learn, 100% unethical.

Do not purchase from this company.

They advertise their prices in AUD but they charge in USD and the amount charged was much higher than the advertised price. They then tell you that you’ve been signed up to a “VIP membership” which is why the cost was higher (though the math doesn’t add up)

The products themselves are not very good and in addition to reaching out about the charge to my card I also requested a refund/return of my unopened product. While their website states they guarantee a response in 24 hours they have not replied to me in over 10 days.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

This company is an absolute joke I put in to cancel my membership that I didn’t even want a month ago and they’re still charging me it’s 100 percent a scam

Same scam charge you different amount at checkout and also don’t reply to emails, they claim products arrive within 5-8 days it’s been nearly a month and I’ve tried contacting to no avail, they don’t reply to emails and you can’t get a hold of them or order, and I didn’t recieve my tracking even though it says tracking is included in the order. STEER CLEAR ITS A SCAM

I have never fallen for a scam until now. I feel like I am 80 years old.

Do yourself a favour and steer clear from this company, they have already charged my card twice and there is no way to cancel the subscription.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Australian buyers beware - BreathBuddi are scammers and sign you up for a BS VIP club when you order. They will charge your credit Card twice. This business is very unethical and I highly recommend you do not provide your bank details to them. You have been warned!

ABSOLUTE SCAM.

First time in my life this has happened.

Checkout had a total dollar figure 30% below what they charged my card a second later.

They don't explain anything on their checkout.

They ask if you want a further discount at checkout.

If you click yes, it reduces the price and then doesn't tell you a single other thing.

Then they automatically sign you up to their club and monthly membership which costs much more than the discount they offer.

Not one single word about this at checkout.

I asked for a refund. I don't want to support any unethical company like this.

After one reply suggesting it was obvious, they refuse to answer any emails. 5 unanswered emails over 8 days.

How strange, they claim they respond to all emails in 24 hours.

Another blatant lie.

Absolute scum.

The product doesn't work and when you approach them for a solution or refund they ghost you.
I have been chasing for someone to respond for ages and nothing.
They are disgusting!

Signs you up for a membership without your permission!!!! AVOID this company.
I haven’t even had a response back from them either.

They add a membership to your basket without you knowing and charged 30 usd per month I hadn’t even used my email to make an account with the membership and was still getting charged definitely avoid

This is a scam, they sneakily charge extra for a ridiculous subscription and they are difficult to contact. Stay clear of this brand.

Terrible! AVOID. Sneakily signs you up to their VIP club which looks go be free until you find the smallest little question mark in the basket which says after a free trial period you will be charged. But this catches everyone out. Still haven't recieved my order even though it states the process to UK should be within 1 week snd its been over 2 now and royal mail still haven't recieved it to deliver to me

Absolutely a scam, the product is a very cheap product from AliExpress/Temu/Shien that many other cheaper brands use. They automatically sign you up for a subscription with no mention on the website, and they say "30 day money back guarantee" but then turn around and say that you cannot get a refund if you've used the product??? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF IM SATISFIED IF I HAVENT USED IT. Do not buy ANYTHING from this website or company.

Never arrived, multiple emails sent to them asking where it is. They just said it's stuck in customs.

They sign you up automatically to a subscription and there is no cancellation link or help.

Automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription at checkout without option to cancel. Prices on website were shown in AUD but charges you that in USD, resulting is a complete different price.
Communication is extremely poor!
Stay away it’s a sham.
