Founded in 1982, we have cared for more than 30,000 patients and earned global recognition for our contributions to the field of allergy and environmental medicine. As a registered day patient unit, we offer progressive, effective and diversified treatments not generally available elsewhere. We help patients with a broad range of complex and chronic conditions including ME/CFS, Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, multiple chemical sensitivity, post-viral fatigue, gut health issues and many more. Our fully qualified clinical team, which is made up of registered doctors, naturopaths, a nutritional therapist and nurses, is trained to treat every patient as a whole, individual person. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring we are held to the highest standards of care. In addition to our clinic services, our pharmacy and online shop provide patients with access to specialist supplements and personal care products carefully selected to support their treatment programmes. I ordered supplements from Breakspear

I ordered supplements from Breakspear. They sent by Royal Mail demanding a signature. No one is at home during the day, so I did not receive them. When I called for support they did not make alternative arrangements and they did not take responsibility for the problem or arrange a refund.

Having looked into this case, when you contacted us, we offered to provide your tracking number and explained that delivery could be rescheduled online at a time that suited you. A refund was also offered upon receipt of the returned products, in line with our standard returns policy.
