Appalling & awful company
Appalling & awful company. I was left covered in glass on the motorway for 3 hours & ended up paying another recovery company £250 to get home! First issue: their breakdown number is outsourced to a company that won’t work with them anymore. Got given their 01483 office number. When I called it, and selected the option for breakdown assistance the call cut off automatically. This happened multiple times & I even asked my partner to try it, he had same problem. Decided to try another option: was put though to a rude ‘sales’ staff who told me that they won’t help as it was an accident. It wasn’t. Tried multiple numbers they have advertised online. Finally got though to an automated system that send me a text for my location & details. Completed the form & their system crashed. Managed to find a number to speak to a human. They refused to help as apparently windscreen smashing in when driving on the motorway isn’t classed as breakdown as it was not a ‘mechanical or electrical issue’. Bearing in mind, I have paid go there top tier platinum recovery.
2.5 hours in total on the phone, on hold, selecting option after option to be left stranded on the side of the motorway, on my own, covered in glass (glass even went into my mouth!), and refused to help. On top of that I ended up £250 out of pocket to get home. Needless to say, I’ll be cancelling my cover with them and returning to the RAC (who may be more expensive but at least they actually assist). Seriously, don’t be fooled by Eversure. They sound great but when it comes to it, they are prepared to leave their customers stranded on a motorway, covered in glass & injured.

What a fantastic customer service from…
What fantastic customer service from Eversure and Stort Mill garage. Eversure were brilliant to deal with on the telephone and Richard from Stort Mill garage was here within the hour and was fantastic - so knowledgeable and supportive. Sorted a recovery truck for me too who was also here within the hour. Again, a lovely man whose name I didn’t get. Would highly recommend Eversure and am so impressed!
