On 18 May 2027 Monday at 4.45pm . I had a very pleasant encountered with your customer service staff M/s Susanti on the phone . I could feel she is most helpful,cheerful,friendly and very patience even though on the phone without physical contact. She was trying her very best to help me to resolve my issue of your BreadTalk Rewards card top up. Even though it was not resolved I had a very impressive experience with your staff M/s Susanti. She is a great asset to your company.
