Being a hesitant buyer, especially with my cars, worrying about things like broken clips and instalment issues, I took months to research and calls and emails to Neil. I was so happy that I proceeded. He took all my concerns seriously and fitted the Harmon Kardon system and a dashcam as if it came from the factory. A fantastic part is the after-sales, quick replies addressing all my questions. I am now bringing my other car to him for an audio upgrade and a dashcam. I cannot recommend him enough. This was my second Mercedes S class Apple Carplay installation after I changed the car. I cannot recommend too highly. Superb work and excellent service. I have complete confidence in the expertise this firm has.

had car in to neil today to look at my screen which had suddenly stopped working. went round the corner for a bacon sandwich and a cuppa and by the time i got back it was fixed and maps updated. first class service at a fair price, i would recommend braybrooks to anyone.

Brought my car back in February and the stereo was faulty screen kept turning off. After.taking.my car to multiple garages and mercedes main dealers and specialist no one could fix it.car had 3 head units installed and a aftermarket screen. But still no good. Took my car to neil today he put original screen back in and found the fault to be with the wire from the control knob grounding out to earth. Didn't take him long to solve the problem and everything is working well. Big thanks to the guys, I would recommend breybrooks to anyone, dont bother with main dealers these guys can sort anything.

Neil Braybrook with his colleague are very professional and knowledgeable with a vast amount of experience in their field I had a retrofit widescreen fitted to my Mercedes w177 I was told the whole process would take 3 hours the job was completed to a high standard within 3 hours along with my reverse camera being calibrated the workshop along with customer waiting area with hot and cold refreshments also use of the wc was immaculate which I found very customer friendly and a very nice touch the workmanship was second to none I highly recommend BRAYBROOKS

Braybrooks fitted car play on my old 2013 E-class Merc and it integrates perfectly and enhances the cabin experience tenfold.
Well worth the money.

I contacted Braybrooks about upgrading the communication module in my W213 E class merc to a 4G LTE due to the immanent 3G switch off. Braybrooks ensured that the upgrade would work before booking me in. The communication throughout the enquiry, ordering and fitting was excellent. The service and quality of the work done is absolutely 1st class.

Great client service and fully up to date with any software issues. Had my W213 upgraded from a 3G FTE to 4G FTE and everything is working perfectly with data downloads and live traffic being a lot quicker now.

Had sat Nav system installed into my 2010 e350 CDI coupe went for the Comand NTG 4 for E Class 207 (2009-2011). Installation was faultless and the best experience I have encountered was scared but the process was seamless from placing order to getting the unit installed today.

What a great little company! Two Fellows with lifetime experience of Mercedes brave enough to go it alone and add back in the personal touch, experience and care missing from a lot of big dealers. If you need any In Car Entertainment sorted out I recommend Braybrooks, just take a look at all of the Mercedes head units they have up graded and placed the old heads against the back wall as the “world’s most expensive wall paper !”
I needed a seat heater replaced on my SLK and have spoken with local Mercedes specialist and trimmers, was unable to find anybody to the job using OEM parts. Then I found Braybrooks, a quick phone call and a wiz round the M25 A1M and there they were ready and waiting. I talked the job though and set off for the local pub and Post office (see review). Well fed a watered I walked back to the workshop to find my car all sorted and ready to go, a quick flash of the plastic and all is good. Had a Genuine Mercedes tow-bar fitted by the guys at Braybrooks. Great Service, they really know their stuff on retrofitting, clean and tidy workshop, refreshments and Wifi in waiting area. They even gave me a lift into Welwyn to look around the shops as the loan car wasn’t available on the day.
