From order to delivery everything went smooth. The reason for the 3 stars is that your hops are from 2020 and I think they won't be as fresh as I would have expected for. But let's see, didn't brew the beer yet :)

Perfect! Good price!
Perfect process: browse, order, packaging, delivery. I managed to get at a reasonable price a batch of Bormioli Jars that in the UK are sold as if they were a luxury item, so now my kitchen is in perfect order without getting a mortgage. Will order again.

During my last two orders, I am missing one product: a 25kg bag of Pale Ale malt. The delivery service does not give any information on the products delivered, so I cannot know if my order is complete. Another problem, for an order placed the same day, the packages arrive on different days.
My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery service.

Quick delivery, good customer service
I’ve ordered twice, and both times things got delivered quickly. Second time a small part was missing, but customer service responded quickly and sent what was missing. All in all a nice experience, no complaints

Delivery
Large bag of grain had been removed from it's box and the label attached to the sack.
The hops were very powdery, which is unusual.
