Poor Delivery service partners …

Delivery service and follow-up was rubbish. Never received the delivery. Even with 2 people home at the time they said they tried to deliver. Would be happy to collect it from the parcel Center however they revert responded to my question on where

Canceled my order, No refund.

Braumarkt canceled my order, my wife payed on their website but they canceled the order. After we queried this they say they haven't received payment. We sent them proof of the payment and they are still unwilling to help. I don't want the product anymore just return my money!

three month delate for my order

three month delate for my order. 1 pack hop, 5x yeast, 1x dry malt extract and 1x cleaning product. Unbelievable, it's never seen !!!

Almost 2 months (!!!) to get my order

It took almost 2 months (!!!) to get my order. Ordered 2 Oct, received on 21 Nov. Yes, I read notifications about delays, and as I get used to long waiting times, first week I waited. Then customer service replied that they are still in the process of booking it till the end of the month. Ok, I waited some more and asked for status but it was not ready still. Then they asked to replace White Labs yeast because they became not available (no wonder if 1 month is already passed). I had to call and they said that order will be shipped that day - but I got no message again! Called after a day - and they said there are no Challenger hops... though after they checked it looked like they finally shipped order, but didn't send me track & trace code.
If I didn't get a gift certificate from my friend to buy at this shop, I'd simply cancel this order.
It was an absolute mess. I don't think I will order delivery from this shop ever again, and absolutely don't recommend to do so.

Unhelpful and disorganised

We waited 2 months for the brewkit to arrive. Communication has been terrible, the telephone number for support doesn't work and they don't bother to answer emails. We find out they are moving premises. Ok but you need to inform customers so they know what is happening because we thought the website may have been a scam. Now that it has arrived we find there are no instructions. You need to scan some code. We have tried several times and we are going round in circles, downloading various apps and still no instructions!!!!!! What does it take to print basic instructions for people and include inside the box. No wants to have to open their phone every time they want to see how to do something.
Brewing beer should not be this stressful.
A page on your website with links to each download for each product would be more user friendly for people who don't live on their phones.

I have also been on the website as you would expect basic files to be accessed there for download and printing. Nope nada, nothing. Write a ticket and wait 3 days for a response or none at all.

I understand that they were having…

I understand that they were having trouble after moving warehouses! Stated I should receive products in a weeks time. One box came after 5 weeks, one after 6 and the last stuff came in after 7 weeks. Customer service was no help... Critical posts on their social media platforms were quickly removed...
The company was great in the past so I hope they can solve these issues before too long!

Delayed, cancelled, no refund.

It took them weeks to work on my order and I ended up having to buy from a different shop. When I emailed them and cancelled the order, THEN they decided to just ship my order as a response!

Order was delivered in 2 days

Order was delivered in 2 days. For gods sake brewer and grower both need to check and correct ph value. I would recommend Braumarkt.com if you're in need of some brewing equipment or even if you're a grower and not a brewer. If you're looking for storage solution for your ph testing device, look no further.
