I bought three pieces of jewelry from BRASH Studios, I had some trouble with the payment it would not go through, when I finally got it to pay my address was suddenly changed to an old of mine by mistake, and it is far from where I live now so I would not be able to pick up the package. I wrote an email to costumer service, and Mimmi wrote me back, it was too late to relocate the already sent package and it was already delivered to the store. Mimmi was so kind to contact the delivery company, they could not relocate the package but they could send it back to the company, so Mimmi sent me a new package with my order asap and I got it the next day. Through this whole unfortunate accident, Mimmi was so helpful and very kind towards me, she made an great effort for me to get my jewellery as fast as possible. The jewellery is good quality for the price, I can't wait to wear it! I was beyond happy with my experience with BRASH Studios, and would definitely buy jewellery from them again.
