I was thrilled to take delivery of my treadmill yesterday. Due to the weight of the machine I was a bit anxious but the delivery men were A1 professional and knew what they were doing. They installed it in its best position in my sunroom and showed me how to operate it. If you are looking for a good solid treadmill that is gym quality I would recommend this company without hesitation. Their customer care is fantastic and you won’t be disappointed.

We bought the Branx fitness Elite Running pro and have found it great just like being in a gym it wasn’t a cheap machine but well worth the money. All the family use it I would recommend this machine and so easy to put together 8 bolts and it’s up and running couldn’t believe how easy it was to build. Also you get a link to you tube video to show you how to build it brilliant video.
Well impressed with the help from Colin via email also keeping me informed when it would arrive
Etc. All in all very impressed would buy again if ever needed too.

Definitely would recommend buying from Branx as the customer service is second to none. Absolutely 100% perfect.
We bought a cross trainer in 2020 from Branx which started making a clunking noise and reported to Branx who promptly replied and said usually they'd send someone out to look at it, but with coronavirus restrictions they couldn't. So the machine was sent back and I received a full refund even though I'd had the machine for 4 months. I would have loved another cross trainer but they were out of stock and not due until August 2021. So after a discussion we decided on a treadmill. Both my husband and I are totally different heights, he is 6ft and I am 5ft. So we needed to ensure there was enough stride length for both of us. Wayne and Colin both provided excellent information regarding the best machine to purchase to accommodate us both. I was sent an email with delivery date and assembly instructions. The treadmill arrived promptly, and was very easy to assemble. We purchased silicone oil for the belt and followed instructions on how to use it. The treadmill is absolutely fantastic. We got the Elite Pro. It's quiet, sturdy and has a variety of pre programmed workouts. Really looking forward to getting back into shape. Thank you very much Branx Fitness, our second purchase from you and you have not failed to deliver not only with the actual exercise machine but also the customer service, advice and updates that came with the purchase. Will definitely be buying from you again.

My elite pro treadmill is fantastic, I was a regular treadmill user at the gym and although it is not professional standard it is more than fit for my purpose. Sturdy, well made, easily understood programs and decent speakers too!!
I don’t normally leave feedback and am sometimes sceptical that the companies leave them themselves but I have to say that this purchase has been completely hassle free.

Excellent service from Branx to assist me in buying a foldable treadmill; Wayne helped me with all my email queries initially (I'm sure I was very annoying) and once I had paid my money, I was kept well informed of when it would arrive (and of any delays); it arrived on the day promised and the delivery guys were friendly and courteous; once set up the treadmill is a top quality piece of kit - all I have to do now is put it to good use.

The customer service and aftercare from all the team at Branx is exceptional. From ordering and being kept informed and updated on dispatch and delivery, to queries about the machine once it had arrived, to resolving problems. They have all gone above and beyond their duty and I could not be happier with the service I received. Outstanding and will be buying again from Branx. The cross trainer itself was everything we wanted in a home exercise machine.

I spent ages searching for the ideal Cross Trainer to buy during lockdown as I was not able to get to the gym. Eventually I settled on the Branx X-Fit and have been delighted with my choice. Quite simply it is an excellent product. Whilst not the cheapest Cross Trainer on the market it is well worth paying that bit extra for the superb quality you receive. I also had a problem with mine after three months of continuous daily use. The team at Branx could not have been more helpful in getting this resolved by sending an engineer to my home to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this Cross Trainer in terms of quality, value and customer service.

My Branx treadmill was expensive but is solidly built and has served me well for 3 years. However, when I did have an issue the customer support was awful. I was told it would cost £200 for a visit and diagnosis plus cost of a new MCB. And could be more. I got someone local to check it out and confirmed the MCB error. I was then told by Branx that the MCB would have to be specially made and would be roughly £300 and take 6 months due to COVID. I’m still trying to resolve the issue but any follow up questions I have for Branx gets me the same answer - ‘I don’t know’. I’m stuck between trying to fix the MCB, purchase a new one or buy a new treadmill (a terrible waste). I assume Branx want me to buy one of theirs. They still try to tell me Branx are the best but this one didn’t make it to 3 years (got just out of warranty).
In summary, it was a solid treadmill while it worked, very stable. However, customer support is atrocious.

Update :
Maybe the word atrocious was harsh as I appreciate that Branx support always responded and were transparent with the costs.
However, the response still seemed to be I need to pay £200 for a call out and roughly £300 for the MCB as it needed to be specially built. Also, since it was specially built I wouldn’t be able to return it.
Having paid nearly £1,000 for a Branx treadmill it lasted only 3 years. It may be out of warranty but I would have expected it to last longer.
It has been in my house (not the garage) and not over used.
I am still trying to resolve the issue so if your support is so good then please help me, without me having to pay £500. I’m open to providing a great review if I can get up and running again (literally).

I found the Branx Fitness X-Fit Cross Trainer on Amazon but bought direct from them. The reviews on Amazon are overwhelmingly positive, and my experience was the same.

From start to finish, the communications and customer service have been the best ever. COVID has made things difficult for the company, but they still deliver a great product and service. The delivery driver was extremely helpful on the day it arrived and helped me get the box upstairs. It needs to be put in the room where the machine will be used.

Assembly took me a couple of hours on my own. It would have been easier with help, but was manageable. Just take it slowly, and the YouTube video links emailed to me by the company were invaluable, though had to fast-forward the long sequences of unpacking and screwing bolts in! One screw was missing but I didn't bother the company as I had another of the right size.

The machine is a real pleasure to use. I haven't bothered with the app as it just complicates my sessions and the console is very good. The heart rate monitor belt works very well and is a lot more reliable in use than a MyZone belt I have used in the past which constantly needed moistening. I haven't ever moistened this one. The interface is quite intuitive and well laid out.

The machine is whisper-quiet -my music makes far more noise!

I can't recommend Branx or this product too highly. And a special mention to thank Claire of Customer Services who has been a star :-)

This company are the epitome of customer service. We bought a cross trainer in the pandemic ... communication as to delivery was constant ... advice has been immediate ... we had a few tweaks and without hesitation remedied. For anyone looking for a first class company with ethics (and brilliant kit that do the job) these are your guys.

I bought the excellent Cardio pro treadmill for the family to use, however it is the customer service that has excelled.

Misunderstanding a point on the website I ordered by mistake a mat that was already included in the package with the treadmill. I contacted Branx and a refund was issued without delay.

On receiving the treadmill one bolt was missing, I presume it had fallen out in the box. I was also a bit wary of pulling too hard on a wire which connects the console to the motor. I emailed customer services the night I was building the treadmill and by 9:15 the next morning received a call to confirm I was pulling on the correct wire and it would pull through to connect, and to arrange for a spare bolt to be issued which was received days later.

I can't fault the treadmill or the customer service

Had reason to contact Branx fitness ( re an issue I created with a treadmill )
and the lady over the phone was unbelievably helpful. The lady went out her way to help with the problem which was resolved quickly. Genuine 5 star company and customer service.

Bought a Branx Fitness Treadmill recently, came fast, easy to assemble using their Youtube video. Good communications before delivery. Had a small fault on the item and the part was replaced within a day without any quibble and a nice phone call from their tech. Recommend

Product is great and really user friendly. I had some issues with the installation as it hadn't been installed properly. Despite that I would still give this company 5 stars as they went above an beyond to resolve my issues. I always think it a better measure of a company to look at how they treat customers after the purchase and when things have gone wrong. I had a phone call within hour and the issues resolved within 24 hours. Fantastic service from the team and Branx
